Love my stay at the adagio! All the receptionists are really helpful (from giving advice on where to go, tips and tricks around the city to helping me print my boarding pass). The room is well decorated and there’s body/shampoo two in one gel, body lotion, tissue paper, coffee machine, sugar, tea, creamer, kettle, water in a jar, refrigerator and even microwave (plates, cutleries too)! Room service is done daily even if u don’t request which might be a problem for people. Pillow was not comfortable and the lights might not be sufficient at night but overall I enjoyed my stay due to the great friendly service!

Hey Out there, I was there as a solo traveler however I believe the hotel room size can easily accommodate a couple as well. The location is exquisite just within a few hundred meters from the tramway and the metro and bus stops (Oktogon M station)!!! And from and to the airport, you don't even have to take a cab. Just use tramway or metro and then connect to blue bus # 100E (an express bus service to the airport). The receptionist lady, amazing 👏 Her name is Sofia and she's very helpful. She can even suggest you places to visit. If you arrive earlier than official check in time, I can promise you you will enjoy the luggage drop off service and be walking around (or even take a metro or tramway and go have fun somwhere) till you check in. Given that this is a budget hotel, why not stay there? The ball's in your court now...

Simple check in-Simple check out. For the place if you come from airport you don't need to book ticket in the city, just airport bus and walk about 20 min to discover the area. For the staying, its really clean and quite like an hotel and better. If I comeback to Budapest again I would book it again.

The location is good, the space is large, and there is a balcony. Except that the check-in time is 15:00, which is a little late, everything else is great!

The hotel location is nice. The room smells like toilet. The air conditioner goes into use in June. The room is not large and useful. Staff are understanding and helpful

Disappointing Experience - Traumatic Incident, Unfulfilled Promises and Lack of Accountability Our stay at Addagio Hotel in Budapest turned into an absolute nightmare. There was a big fire few hours after we arrived, and we had to leave in a hurry screaming and in tears. We had to search another accommodation late in the night, which cost us a lot of money because most of the hotels were already booked. Despite promises from the owner the morning after the incident for a full refund, that did not happen. This traumatizing and scary experience ruined our vacation, and we're really upset about it. The lack of Accountability and responsiveness from the hotel management is disappointing. The picture was taken the day after the accident. 40 days have passed by and we still haven't been refunded.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel for my Christmas vacation and everything went great. The receptionists were more than helpful, even providing me with a kettle for coffee or more towels, as soon as I asked. The location was perfect, right next to the Oktogon subway that takes you everywhere. Room was very clean and cute. Not very large, but more than enough. I was out most of the time anyway. Since this is a new and a small hotel, there’s no breakfast at the moment, which didn’t bother me, given that there’s a Starbucks nearby. It’s important to book directly from their website because they offer a discount. I saved 75 €, just by booking from them directly. Big thanks to the 2 female receptionists who made my trip and unforgettable one.

The plus: The staff was very friendly and explained everything very carefully with perfect english (so much better then Austria), the location is right on a main boulevard (10 min from the Parlament). Free coffee, tea, water is a plus. The minus: Room size is tiny tiny but manageable for a couple (few days), the TV channels are poor in language variety and the cleanliness needs improvement.

Hotel was clean, beautiful and the receptionist was very helpful. Only one disadvantage was missing door from small hallway to the main hallway - we heard a little noise. Hotel is situated in the centre, so you can get anywhere in a while.

The entrance to the period building can be misleading, it is under renovation, but once you enter this mini hotel everything changes. Run by young and friendly guys, rooms are basic but very comfortable and equipped with everything. Excellent location, close to several stops leading in all directions, the Basilica of Santo Stefano is an 18 minute walk away. Also served very well by restaurants, pubs and fast food outlets. I highly recommend it

Brand new room, spacious, very comfortable, we had the room with a balcony, a really nice street view given that there is a table and chairs on the terrace. We arrived after 9pm so the reception was closed, we checked in on our own with instructions provided by the Hotel, very simple. The hotel is very convenient for reaching various points of interest, we moved around for 3 days always on foot. The distances are approximately 1.5 km to get to Piazza degli Eroi, approximately 1.4 km to get to parliament. Even if we didn't use them, it is full of public transport and taxis. It is also an area where there are various refreshment points (Mc, Burger King, Bellozzo etc.)

We found the place by chance but it was a great success. It is very well located within the capital so you do not need to use public transportation while walking around. The service is very good, they explained to us how the entrance and exit of the hotel worked, they gave us maps and information about the city, etc. The room was very spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen, a kind of duplex with a large bed and two singles. I would recommend it without hesitation
