Hotel was very central, 15min far from Gellert Thermal baths and the liberty bridge. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of the room was average.

I had a great experience with this hotel ! The location was excellent,food was great ,staff very nice and helpful,price great. I will go back every time I’ll travel to Budapest! The only negative aspect I could find is that it was a little dusty ,but that wouldn’t stop me to go back again

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is very good, next to major metro/trams line and even AirPort Express bus. Room is clean and has all needed facilities for either business or leisure travel.

Very good location and nice amenities. The only exception is that the car park is costly, small and challenging.

Great hotel not far from the center of Budapest. Modern rooms and excellent price, considering I Have booked it last minutes after having been scammed on a past booking with a hotel that was not existing.

Great location in the City

This hotel was perfect for a short break in Budapest! The room was extremely clean and full of useful essentials including shampoo, shower cap, body lotion, hair dryer, dressing gown, water etc! Really easy to access public transport and less than a 5 minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. I’d definitely stay again!

Nice and clean hotel in the city centre, good for a short trip

Good service attitude! There are no slippers and toothbrushes. You need to ask for toothbrushes separately from the front desk. The quality of breakfast is still very good. Fruits, bread🍞, milk, coffee☕, drinks, jam, sausages, etc.

The room facing the road is a bit noisy. The subway is right at the door, which is very convenient. The airport shuttle bus is just at the door. The room is not big, but it is not so small that there is no room to open the suitcase. It is okay when the price is not too expensive.

When I got off the bus at the first stop of the Airport Express, I saw that the seats were very good. The room was clean, but the wet and dry separation was only half done. Be careful when taking a shower, otherwise water will spray into the whole bathroom. The breakfast was ok. It was a normal European breakfast and basically a Chinese breakfast. I haven’t seen any restaurants with Chinese breakfast yet. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Duonao River or the Ferris wheel. I highly recommend taking part in the evening or evening boat cruises.

This is my second stay. This time I booked a suite for a family trip to the 9th floor. I stayed for three nights on the top floor of the 9th floor. It is very convenient. There are trams and buses at the door. The best thing is that it is very close to the airport bus 100E. Just across the road, you can reach the main attraction. The transportation is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. Most of the attractions can be reached on foot. We bought a 72-hour pass to walk or take the bus.

It was very close to the metro and I could go to the Nepliget bus terminal in one go, so I had no complaints about the location. There was no toothbrush or anything, but the room was comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel does not correspond to the Mercure chain! There is no body lotion, no conditioner, no slippers, not even a robe! Not even the declared swimming pool!!!! It is closed after renovation! But Trip stubbornly shows it among the amenities( There is a question about cleanliness: everything seemed to be clean, but there was dust on the tables, hair on the mug, and on the pillow there was also some kind of rubbish in one place. Although it is clear that the bed linen is all clean. Pros: friendly staff, ready to help, very good location - center + stop 100E to the airport, 3 minutes walk. The beds are comfortable, shampoo and shower gel are provided. It’s nice in the hall - a photo zone for Christmas with a Christmas tree)
