The staff is more than amazing and happy to help. The hotel is super nice and always clean, the rooms are so comfortable. Its our second time there, and if we ever go back to Budapest we know we will go back to Zichy! We had a great stay!

We have been staying in this hotel already many times. Dog friendly, good gym, nice breakfast and very helpful staff. The hotel has everything people are looking for during their city trip. We will always go back. Opposite the hotel is a good restaurant Alma and Korte typical Hungarian cuisine and good quality. I would recommend this hotel to everybody

The hotel is a short walk from a major thoroughfare and transportation hub, which brings all the sights of Budapest within easy reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was elaborate and of excellent quality. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from several great eateries.

Although it's in a small alley, the surrounding area is still very convenient, especially the bus to the airport is nearby, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk there. Construction works on both street sides are extensive, dangerous and badly marked by the company carrying out the work, and no signage assistance from the hotel. On the last day of our stay, someone had placed a pallet between pavement and deep road excavations. Health and safety considerations appear to be non existent. On the basis this is improving the area and will eventually be completed, I will be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family. In the meantime, works are likely to continue for, probably 4 weeks from until mid or end of April 2024.
