Vision Apartments Budapest

[single deluxe apartment] very very nice and clean, big living room with open kitchen. very homey. very good neighbourhood. few mins from subway station (M3 line), nearby Lidi supermarket, shopping mall and many restaurant. very converience for living. However, it's self serving, therefore no shampoo, shower gel, or any hotel service to you.

Lovely apartment with all you need for a great stay. The apartment was very clean and check in was easy. Local area very nice with lots of places to eat and a great shopping centre just a few minutes away. Also Lidl very close by and the Metro is very close by too.

I made a booking on the same day of my planned arrival and informed the owner about my time of arrival asking if this would be a problem or not within a minute (literally). The customer support there couldn't answer the question directly, instead wasted several hours of my time sending me information on how to get in and check in online (which was suprisingly enough, not even available). Even though they knew it wouldn't work right away, they decided they are fully eligible for full reimbursement and refused to cancel the booking

I feel I need to now resort to this review as have had no resolution with the company. Booked a penthouse apartment. Got a standard apartment. Fine, it happens a mix up with the bookings. My fault, NO. Was told I would get back the difference in price between the 2 apartments. Fine, £150 refund, was acceptable to me as there was not another penthouse to offer at time of arrival. Im am now 7 months on and still no refund although I have been assured several times by email that I would get it! Still have the emails! It may not seem a big deal to you but I paid extra for the penthouse as I had a rough year and wanted to treat myself. When I didn’t get it I was disappointed but decided to get on with it as only had 5 days. Your girls in the office who I reported it to as soon as we arrived who, were very apologetic said we would get a refund. Poor after service and actual lies from this company. The emails with excuses about there being a problem with bank transfers etc. DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE JUST NEEDING A BREAK! On the positive Budapest is a lovely city and the Hungarian people are lovely.
