Amazing hotel and very well located 5 minutes walking from 2 different metro lines. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always available when we needed them. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good selection of foods.

The hotel is very nice in a 1920s vibe and the service is very good. The rooms are not the biggest. We got one of the rooms without windows, which is okay, but it gets very dark. The room is quite noisy and we can hear all other gets bipping into there rooms or every time the ones next to us or upstairs are using the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, and the toilet is so close fitted between the wall and the shower that it is uncomfortable. The shower itself is so small it is hard to turn, and not possible to stand upright if you are tall. On the bright sight you also don't really get any water out of the shower. The water temperature doesn't remain constant but changes from boiling to freezing. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food, cakes and beverages.

Fantastic hotel! Top service, great buffet breakfast & lovely room with high ceiling, huge windows & lovely character furniture. The customer service start to finish was great - from late arrival to end of stay. Appreciated the transfer (with Daniel) who was friendly & flexible when our flight was delayed. This hotel was very clean and has a bit of personality. Give it a go.

Beautiful quaint hotel in excellent location. Very quiet but close to centre. Breakfast was good, rooms spotless and staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We arrived late in the night and there was no fuss. Flight was delayed and they called us to make sure all was OK. Thank you Edwina

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to transport and places to eat and drink. Our shower was brilliant and the rooms very clean. Some noise from the street at night. Excellent value for money, with rates very reasonable.

In November, they do not have functional heating and hot water. Liked: + the location is great, they are close to the station + if you like retro style, then nice reception and rooms For that price, find something better, where it will be heated, hot water, and no one will cheat you and pull your nose that the heating is functional.

Staff were friendly but the room(s) that we stayed in were dirty!! Dust all over the place, stained mattress, hairs on the mattress, insects and bugs in the room. Went in 2 different rooms but both were the same so didn't even stay one night. Then refused to refund even one penny. Had to screen shot a video for the pictures so not 100% clear.

Nice comfortable rooms (all different) in a beautiful building. The location is great, a short walk from the centre and good restaurants. Breakfast buffet has enough variation and quality is good. Special recommendation for the very friendly staff. No problems with noise level in the hotel or on the (side)street when sleeping with the window open. Great value for money.

At first glance, the hotel is disturbing. There was nobody in the lobby except the manager who was very kind and took us to the room. Room number 12 was very nice and clean enough but small. The bed is large but hard and the pillows too soft. Shower and sink with mixer so not exactly comfortable. Pretty good breakfast. The structure is very particular, 1920s style and with attention to the smallest details. It would be nice to be able to experience it more in the evening after returning from trips if there was a piano bar since it has a nice corner bar. In short, there is potential but they could improve something. The location is good, close to many tram, bus and metro stops and some attractions are within easy walking distance. Good value for money all in all.

Hotel in stile anni 20, pulito e ottima posizione. menzione speciale per Andrew che al nostro arrivo è stato oltremodo disponibile a risolvere gli inconvenienti della prenotazione. Disponibile il parcheggio ma opportuno contattare la struttura in anticipo.

Ottimo hotel, con ampia camera, letto matrimoniale, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Colazione con ampia scelta, pane delizioso e paste molto buone. Il punto di forza dell'albergo è il personale, gentile, disponibile, attento ad ogni esigenza. Esperienza molto buona.

A aimé · L hôtel est superbe façon prohibition année 30 Le petit déjeuner est très bien Chambre propre Personnel souriants accueillants aimables ( surtout la petite dame brune)parlant anglais Situation géographique pratique à moins de 10 mn de la station oktogon ( m1 et tram) ou de la gare de l ouest (m3 et tramway) pour relier les points d intérêt ( parlement Danube ) Allées animées Frantz listz a 5mn pour restauration Rue commerçantes parallèles Un parking de l hôtel peut être réservé à 30€ par jour alors que le parking public est désormais à 45€/jour Emplacement à parc mètres et pièces en monnaie locale nécessaire si on ne prend pas le parking N'a pas aimé · Notre chambre Rez de chaussée était très sombre à cause d un vitrail pour qu on ne nous voit pas de la rue type chambre aveugle( pourrait être mentionné dans la réservation)
