Good location if you are taking train.Near metro. But very noise during night if your room facing the road.

The service is excellent. Even I check in very late, there professional staff serving me. Also with the lovely breakfast.

everything is good, except the air condition is difficult to set, it's too warm at night.

Ideal when having train trips. Breakfast should start from 6 am for early travellers though.

The English skills of the hotel front desk staff are not good.

I got placed at probably the furthest end of the hotel for the room. Walk in n the room smell of clothes that hasn't been sun dry. Ask for another room. Same thing. I give up n just stay in. The following day. Things seem to improved. The reception in the day that host don't seem to care much abt her job anyway. Just busy chatting away. Decent location right beside hbf but well up to u to go

Very good service. Nice facility. Very close to Budapest Keleti train station. Great taste and plenty of breakfast choices.
