Excellent location. The room was very spacious. Nice view from the terrace, and spa and gym available for free. The breakfast was also very good and varied.

Located in the city center, transportation and taxis are convenient. I stayed here for my second business trip and received good reviews. The layout of the hotel is a bit convoluted, I had to make a few turns to find the room, haha

The location is good as it is near St. Stephen's Cathedral, about a 10-minute walk from Batzi Street. Amenities and a small refrigerator as well as air conditioning work well. Breakfast seems to be all you can eat if you are a hotel guest. The staff was also kind and nice. However, it was a little difficult to drink because of the coffee scent from the capsule coffee maker, and the faded shower towel was a bit blemished. Also, there was a problem with the window on the terrace side of the room I stayed in, but it was a little disappointing that the wings came in even though the curtains were closed...

The hotel's breakfast location is on the basement-1st floor. There are not many things but the taste is not bad. The room design feels average

I ordered a superior double room. The picture shows that the bathtub faces the city view. I also sent an email to the hotel stating that I want to stay in this room. The hotel replied that it would give me this room as much as possible. On the day of check-in, the hotel gave me a normal room Double room, and the room is also very dirty, the bathtub in the room is very bad, and there is hair on the bed sheet😰The hotel replied that Because there are only one or two rooms in the hotel that I want, I stayed here on the day of check-in The room is full, so it is impossible for me to check in! The service attitude is also average, there is no smile at all. I also paid the occupancy tax in cash at the time of checkout, but two hours later, my husband received a credit card deduction of 9 euros, and finally went back to the hotel to ask why. Pay in cash, and we will return the cash to us after we finally understand! very confusing 🙁
