Well located older (Soviet) style hotel offering excellent value for money. Rooms are a good size, well maintained and clean. A bathroom with a full size bath tub is always a plus. Hot water plentiful and heating very efficient. Breakfast choice was sufficient. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Maybe not the first choice for travellers who prefer all the mod cons but for a comfortable room and convenient location at a fair price I think it's hard to beat

Beim Zimmerbezug war der Seifenspender leer und der Zimmersafe kaputt und der Zimmerservice war halbherzig. Die Fenster waren schon wochenlang nicht mehr geputzt, die Bettdecke lustlos übers Bett geschmissen und der Boden hatte die ganz Woche kein feuchtes Tuch gesehen. Unterm Schreibtisch mit Kühlschrank der funktionierte lag noch eine Covid-Maske von irgendeinem Vorbewohner.
Die Leute an der Rezeption reagierten aber sofort auf unsere Anliegen zwar nur in englisch obwohl im Hotelprofil steht das auch deutsch gesprochen wird was aber niemand beherschte aber sie machten einen guten Job.
Im ganzen gesehen müsste das Hotel mal generell renoviert werden, es ist alles abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, schiefe Kastentüren, Siliconfugen im Bad sind schwarz und löcherig.
Über Restaurant und Frühstück können wir kein Urteil abgeben da wir diesen Service nicht genutzt haben.

This is a poorly managed hotel. In the room there are no glasses (drinking), no phones, one of the two elevators did not work for a week (~15 min to get to your room), breakfast is OK, the staff does not care. Two years ago this was a good hotel

Terrible experience
Very terrible experience. They haven't provided towels, handwash and receptionist was very rude. Room was in very poorly condition . It was waste of money

Comfortable well priced Hotel
I found the Hotel to be well located for a business trip on the Pest side of the City. The building allows for good room views if an upper floor room is requested. The staff both at reception and at the bar were very friendly & helpful.
Most importantly, the room was a reasonable size, had good views, was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was a buffet and was average.
The overall value for money I found to be very good and the location of the Hoel is in a nice residential area, with restaurants close by.

Otrevlig mottagning i receptionen. Olika extra kostnader påslaget på det redan betalda priset. Tv funkade dåligt,
Wi-Fi var obefintlig. Som sammanfattning ALDRIG fler
