Check in was smooth and friendly. Room 310 was fine on appearance. But later we discovered a problem with the air conditioning reverting back to a temperature of 26. We contacted the front desk staff who came to the room. He said it appeared to be working properly so there was nothing to be done. Shower didn’t have an enclosed door, so parts of the bathroom were flooded. Breakfast had a variety of options. We particularly liked the fresh juice station. There was also a nice backyard-like part of the restaurant that was peaceful to have breakfast in. We had a repairman look at the air conditioning, but he claimed the problem was that we didn’t know how to work the key holder electricity slot, like this was rocket science technology never-before-seen in an hotel. A chance encounter with the hotel manager eventually led to us changing rooms. Room 112 was much better, smelled fresh and air conditioning worked properly. We paid almost 1500 rmb a night (and no complimentary water in the room) because of Coldplay concerts so value wasn’t great for what we received. Wouldn’t stay again despite liking the local neighborhood vibe to the hotel.

Great hotel with pleasant staff who are always welcoming and helpful. Clean reception and bar area with plenty of options regarding drinks. The Spa was awesome and also very clean and quiet which is always a bonus. The rooms are fairly spacious for two guests and the the whole room and bathroom was very modern and clean and access to the rooms was via the lift. The reception is 24/7 and Bolt is the easiest option to get around the city.

Breakfast in lobby lounge is good with wide selection and has a in-house sauna to compliment the stay.

I stayed for three nights and four days for a meeting on the executive floor of Hilton Budapest, and specially arranged to stay one night in this more civilian hotel in the city. The price-performance ratio is very good. The room is large and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It takes ten minutes to walk to the airport bus station and 15 minutes to Liberty Bridge, the university and the food street. You can stay in these two hotels again next time you come.

The location is convenient and easy to take a ride. There are large shopping malls and DM Mart nearby. The hotel has a four-star rating and newer facilities. The breakfast is very rich and vegetarians can also be satisfied. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 large suitcases. The staff are friendly and the accommodation is cost-effective.

Good location, close to the subway station. There are many restaurants around, including many Chinese restaurants. It is within walking distance of the King's Bridge (Green Bridge). In short, the Czech Republic and Hungary are not as clean as Germany and Austria! The room is quite big and quiet, and it is very close to the central market, but I didn't go shopping. Overall satisfied. The breakfast bread is not as delicious as the German one😋

The best hotel I stayed in Eastern Europe, better than a five-star hotel, bright and spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, great bath water, clean and hygienic. It is the type of hotel I like, and the price is not expensive. Highly recommended.

We went to the executive suite, and found that it was the kind with stairs up and down. The location was good, close to the subway station, and very close to the scenic spots. But parking was inconvenient, and the hotel charged 20 euros for parking. The breakfast was rich in variety.
