Excelente localizacao, pois fica próximo da estação de metrô e do shopping. Funcionarios educados e atenciosos. O quarto é confortável, porém, a janela do quarto fica em frente a prédio residencial. O checkout é às 10h. Podemos deixar as bagagem após o check-out.

The staff were excellent. They were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Room is very spacious, bed comfortable and you have complimentary minibar with water and juice. Staff was very nice and helpful, I left my bag with them after checkout without any problem

Hotel sito in Palermo, in zona molto animata. Hotel dotato del minimo necessario, senza tanti fronzoli, per una notte, tra un volo e l’altro, può andare bene. Pulito, con buona Wi-Fi, prezzi abbastanza contenuti. Personale al ricevimento gentile.

La ubicación y atención en recepción son buenas. La limpieza no es buena. El desyuno incluido es galletas y mermeladas, con vasos pequeños para el cafe instantaneo. Botellitas de agua de cortesia. La cama fué como dormir en una tabla. El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

El hotel está bien. Remodelado a nuevo. La habitación muy pequeña, pero cómoda. Muy limpio todo, tiene frigobar con algunas bebidas incluidas en el precio. Un desayuno seco y hervidor de agua que está muy bien. La atención es muy buena. La ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitábamos. Subterráneo a una cuadra. Bares y restaurantes cerca.

Ótima opção para quem quer uma hospedagem em boa localização, com banho ótimo e cama boa para descansar! Não tem café da manhã, mas há boas padarias bem perto, como a rosedal café. Atendimento muito bom! Hotel com bom custo benefício, recomendo!

Reception staff very attentive and pleasant. Small but cozy room, clean, with minibar. Soluble coffee, tea and biscuits included. Good mattress, as well as pillows. The window allows you to hear a little noise from the city at night, but it didn't disturb your sleep. I can stay here again without any problems.
