spent one night at this hotel when traveling from El Calafate. Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Muy recomendable!!!! El hotel lindo, el cuarto muy amplio, silencioso y muy limpio. Pero lo mejor es el personal, todos son amables y atentos y de verdad que eso hace la diferencia ya que te hacen sentir muy especial y eso no pasa en cualquier hotel Regresaría mil veces a este hotel! Es un bello hotel boutique, impecable, atendido por gente muy servicial a pocas cuadras en donde se tramita la VISA americana, dentro de Palermo Hollywood, a metros del Soho y del Districto Los Arcos...inigualable. No es tema menor la amplitud de las habitaciones, la temperatura del agua de las duchas, la calefaccion,....y los desayunos continentales...maravilloso. Vamos a volver

My experience at Ilum was flawless. Lucas was my first contact at reception and he offered plenty of help and tips. The rest of the staff was also great for the two nights I was there. They helped me navigate late night travel to and from a rock concert and daytime walking in the city to tourist spots. After telling them I was going to a local place for dinner, I was happily surprised when the restaurant manager called me by name and offered me a free dessert! The rooms were great and the decor of the hotel beautiful and classy. The neighborhood was very cool with a bit of everything from high-end dining, to empanadas, to upscale cafes and record stores.

Great short stay in BA at this hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful, rooms great, breakfast tasty! Everything you need. Great location near all the bars and restaurants. Plenty to eat!

Ilum Expoerience é um excelente hotel em Palermo Hollywood (já é a quarta vez que me hospedo).
Muito bem localizado (pode-se fazer tudo à pé). Manutenção boa (em obras de correções). Piscina agradável (pena que o terraço estava fechado).
Atendimento impecável por parte de todos os funcionários.
Café da manhã excelente e diferenciado.
Quartos confortáveis com menu de travesseiros.
Único senão: sabonetes e shapoo líquidos em embalagem grande que foi trocada desde a última estadia por uma muito ruim (quase não sai) e de metal dentro do box (o que representa um sério perigo em caso de queda pode cortar muito) - deveriam ser trocadas por melhores e de plástico.
