Well located basic hotel.
Just a few minutes walk to the subway.
There is a laundry just across the road,a supermarket within 3 minutes walk,a few cafes and restaurants too.
The bathrooms in both our rooms were very very tiny and challenging to get around and in/out the bathtub.
We were there for 8 days,the floors were never cleaned.

Limpeza impecável, atendimento rápido e eficiente, acomodação bem pequena, mas aconchegante, que pra acomodar duas pessoas é o suficiente, todo reformado, cama grande e colchão muito confortável, cortina black-out, que não passa nenhuma claridade, rua muito silenciosa e chuveiro muito bom.
Máquina de café, microondas e chaleira elétrica no piso térreo a disposição dos clientes, juntamente com mesas e cadeiras para refeições.
Hotel bem localizado, perto de mercados, farmácias, cafés, casa de câmbio, permitindo realizar muitas coisas a pé.

This modern clean property is the perfect base from which to explore Buenos Aires - everything is within walking distance. Even though they do not offer breakfast there is a convenient 'eating area' with microwave, kettle, coffee machine with all day free coffee which all is great. The best thing about the place though are the super helpful reception staff - they are amazing - special shout out to Valentine!! Thank-you to you all - you are what makes this place a great experience!

Everything was perfect , linen and towels were worn and old .
Location excellent!!!!
Water heater , micro mini fridge made our stay more comfortable
Front desk super nice, let our luggage
(2 cary on) live there for a whole week until we came back from the Iguassu falls
I was very surprised and happy for it😃
because airline did not let carry it😔

Very good!
Comfortable room, very warm
Very kind staff! Cleaning was done every day, the girl was super friendly.
There was soap, shampoo and conditioner available.
There is no coffee included, but there is a free coffee machine and a space that we can use to eat. There's a Martinez café right on the corner, super good.
Great location, it's super close to the congress square and you can easily walk to the obelisk and the pink house.
