Never again! Not clean, we got a room on the top floor. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the 9th floor

Cama boa, quarto espaçoso e atendimento bom. Banheiro apertado, chuveiro é na banheira e café da manhã sempre igual, pouca variedade. O pior ponto é o Elevador minúsculo e barulhento. Localização do hotel é o que salva, perto de restaurantes e pontos turísticos

Nos hospedamos en 3 habitaciones con amigos. Al cobrarme me parecía que no era correcto (menos de lo que me había pasado booking) y se lo hago saber pero me dice que es correcto. Cuando salimos a comer me dice que me había cobrado lo de otra reserva, entonces le transmito que me cobre la diferencia y me dice que ese pago se caía solo que me tenia que cobrar la totalidad. Ese pago nunca se cayó pero me dijeron que al mes se caía y me acreditaban el dinero. Ya pasaron más de 3 meses y nunca lo solucionaron. Es decir que por un error de ellos me cobraron el doble y no me dan una solución. Nunca me atendieron el teléfono. Ni se comunicaron conmigo por teléfono

Hotel velho, elevador precário com portas que não fecham direito e consequentemente ficam parados no andar tendo que alguém ter que avisar a portaria ... banheiro com.chuveiros que não esquentam ou com pouca água. Mesmo local recebe os insumos para o café da manhã e as camareiras despejam ali as roupas sujas retiradas dos apartamentos. ..

Wi-Fi do quarto não funciona (íamos todas as noites pra recepção do hotel para usar o Wi-Fi) ; apenas um cartão magnético para todas as pessoas do mesmo quarto ; TV estava quebrada (foi trocada porque reclamei); banheiro muito desconfortável : o chão fica alagado depois do banho; toalhas de banho sem qualidade ; não tem tapete de banheiro ( usamos, como tapete, as toalhas de rosto!); café da manhã bem mediano; elevador bem velho, barulhento e pequeno . Ficamos 6 noites. Não recomendamos a experiência pra ninguém!! Somente a equipe do hotel merece uma nota positiva.

Pedimos una habitacion triple, nos dieron una cama matrimonial y una cama simple la cama matrimonial eran 2 camas unidas: La calefaccion es un aire frio calor que no tiraba aire caliente, y el secador de pelo no funcionaba, pedi otro y me dijeron que no tenian y que para arreglar el que estaba en la habitacion les llevaria mucho tiempo....sin palabras.... Consulte con otras familias que fuimos y en las otras habitaciones paso lo mismo. La calefaccion no funcionaba y el secador tampoco. Se resuelve con tan poco!! La limpieza no es excelente tampoco, el baño se inunda ya que la mampara es chica.... Fuimos a descansar y tuve que abrigarme para dormir....una lastima, porque es lindo el hotel y esta bien ubicado. No cuenta con bar abierto fuera de horario del desayuno, no es un hotel 4 estrellas..... La gente que atiende muy amable. No volveria.
