服務：服務太好了，到之前就會加上微信拉進一個服務羣，有什麼事直接羣裏溝通就很方便，到店前管家就會提前出來在門口接，晚上宵夜有她們自己做的小甜品，早餐也很豐盛中西結合，而且都能直接送到房間來
環境：不在最熱鬧的那一片區域真的很好，晚上可以好好休息，步行出去吃飯也不遠，很快就走到了
設施：房間裏的電器都是很好的牌子，用起來很方便舒適
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈
要是窗簾裏面還有一層紗簾就更完美了

開車從烏魯木齊直接開到禾木，之前還擔心禾木民宿參差不齊，真的有幸選擇十二窗民宿～房間乾淨整潔，體驗感非常好，房間沒有異味！暖氣非常熱，怕冷的夥伴也不需要擔心！民宿主人也熱情好客！來禾木選擇十二窗就行了！

住過很多酒店和民宿 第一次寫評價
衞生：之前對民宿的印象就是衞生不乾淨 這次出發前我們還買了睡袋寄過去了 入住後發現完全是沒必要 衞生方面非常贊👍 房間的地暖也很給力
環境：離禾木橋 援疆橋都很近 步行都能到 坐在前台吃早飯還能看到遠處的觀景平台 小院後面有片非常漂亮的小樹林 很像原始森林的感覺 不同於老村的味道 這裏更加幽靜 看到周圍的環境整個人會很放鬆 本來還有去白巴哈的行程 但到這入住之後我們就取消了 在行程時間有限制的情況 推薦大家來這入住也能感受到更原始的感覺 還有非常可愛又親人的貓貓狗狗 當然如果你害怕貓狗的話 可以跟民宿的工作人員説 她們會把它們帶走的 你想擼的話就可以盡情玩耍
服務：工作人員也很熱情 跟住酒店的服務也不一樣 這裡能體會到更多的人情味 感覺很温馨 為我們這趟旅程畫上了圓滿的句號 我們第二天早上8點就要啟程去機場 民宿的小姐姐們提前一個晚上給我們準備了麪包牛奶和水果 方便我們路人吃 一整個感動住（禾木天亮的比較晚 要到早上9點多天才會開始微微亮 晚上7點才開始天黑）
設施：廁所也是智能馬桶 床也很舒服 房間的地暖24小時供應 不用擔心冷
總之這趟旅程非常開心 這個小院也非常漂亮 拍照也很出片 以後在來禾木玩 一定會再來住的

誇誇誇！窗景真的一絕！對面就能看到日照金山！可以在院子裏盡情的撒歡玩雪，100%的快樂！鞦韆 木屋 雪山 滿足了我對禾木冬天的所有幻想，供暖也很充足，舒適入睡，醒來就在童話世界的感覺太美妙了！民宿裏的小姐姐們都很nice，超愛的一家民宿！
