It was way too chaotic just walking in the door. It was as if the entry was a conference center & party event location. A work Zoom call was full screen with a larger group of people. It was so awkward. Once that was over a VERY large, LOUD group took over the whole lobby. The complimentary breakfast ran out of things too. Again, super chaotic.

Able to check in early, needed bedding for fold out and towels and they were quick to supply, lobby smelled good and was comfortable, beds good.

We liked the breakfast, good variety of food available.
The hotel did not smell good. I am not sure what the smell was, maybe mildew? I noticed it more on the third floor where we stayed. The lobby smelled more like something scented to cover up odors. Also, I think water should be available at any time of the day, not just at breakfast. The lightbulbs above the bathroom sink needed replaced. I could not use that mirror to get dressed. I am glad I brought another mirror from home.
