Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much so that our older kids didn’t want to leave the flat. They felt like it was a home away from home. Its modern touches and extreme cleanliness and comfort were very enjoyable and added to our vacation. We highly recommend, especially for large families.

An amazing experience was had! The apartment style lodging was ultra modern and state of the art. Our only disappointment was the futon bed advertised was actually a 1 inch mattress on the floor. The other 2 beds were as described-queen and very firm. The blankets were luxurious. The apartment deco gets an 10/10 For elegance, style, ambiance and comfort minus a fraction of a point for the mattress on the floor instead of the futon bed. The check in/out process is simple, it only requires contacting the host via email or phone. They responded within minutes, each time to address any concern. The view was beautiful, we were blessed to see both the city and beach view from the balcony. The cleanliness was excellent, all dishes for cooking and eating were provided. Detergent for the washer, dish soap, hygiene cleansing were provided, again all modern appliances. The mall and outlets are in walking distance, parking was free and access to ground parking was easily accessible. Another side note is that you should bring a converter box or adapter since all of the outlets are either Plug Type C (Europlug) or Plug Type F (German Schuko) a slight inconvenience but the benefits definitely out weighed the mattress ordeal and outlets. This is definitely a great investment all in all.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and had a great rest. The location is in front of Dongbusan Mall, so it was good for shopping and eating. There were many things to eat nearby and it was great for taking a walk. It was newly built, so it was clean and I used the styler well. And when I asked questions through KakaoTalk, they responded quickly. It was also very convenient to call the elevator. I also visited nearby Yonggungsa Temple and had a great holiday. I would like to visit again next time^^

The order is the master bedroom, small bedroom 1, 2! I couldn't take pictures of the living room, laundry facilities, and bathroom... First of all, the kitchen was very new and amazing~ The table was big and nice^^ In particular, the master bedroom had a bathroom and dressing room together, so it was very comfortable. Originally, I made a reservation for 6 adults, but a family living in Busan also said they would stay with me, so I added a topper and stayed for 8 adults + a baby, but the accommodation was large and very nice! The parking space was also large, so we could park everyone^^ When I woke up on the first day, I got a text message saying that they would help me clean the accommodation a little~~ They also asked if there were any inconveniences, but there were none and they were very kind! Since it's a non-face-to-face check-in, I think it's better for people who are shy! And since you enter with a password, you don't have to worry about losing your card key^^ It was peak season, but since there were many people staying, the price burden was small, so it would be good to come with many friends during peak season because the area is large (I think it's about 30 pyeong)!! There are many things to see nearby, and it's close to Haeundae, so it was great~ I think I'll book again next time I come to Busan^^

This is my first time traveling to Busan, South Korea with my friends! 8/15 I was not in a good mood on the first day of my stay! 3 to 5 days before coming to Korea, I suddenly received a notice from the hotel that I needed to fill in some personal information! (Because the travelers are checking in on their own! So I understood that it was normal to need to fill in some personal information!) But because the email sent by the hotel specifically mentioned that I needed to fill in credit card information, I immediately thought it was a scam! I also contacted Trip customer service frequently! Because of the language barrier! It is difficult to communicate with the hotel! It is more necessary to intervene and communicate through Trip customer service! On the day of check-in, we took the subway to the area near the hotel! But at that time, I used the naver Map app to provide my address to the taxi driver! Later, the address provided on the trip was provided! I don’t know why the driver can’t understand it! It took us almost 20 minutes to find the address from google maps! The driver just arrived at our hotel! We are here now! We are quite tired! But the hotel name provided by trip is not the same as the English one at the entrance of the hotel! We also spent a long time looking for a hotel now! Now I contacted trip customer service again because of this! But later, when I finally found the lobby, I had to enter the password provided by the hotel that day! But it still can’t be opened😰😰😰Our patience is almost gone😭😭😭😭We have been working hard to crack the code when we were at the door! I really have a headache🤦I really want to say it right now! Can't you just send the complete password from the beginning? ? As a result, after finally getting the correct password, I had to break it again before reaching the room😳Fortunately, my partner succeeded in the first attempt! When I entered the room, I felt very happy immediately! But that night I discovered that one of the facilities was broken! But we discovered it when we checked in because we didn't use it at all! So although physically and mentally tired! I was still very resigned to my fate and quickly reported it to trip customer service! I just don’t want to be misunderstood, and I don’t want to have my credit card swiped by the hotel for no reason (because the hotel has explained before check-in: if the tenant damages any hotel facilities! The hotel has the right to swipe the credit card provided by the tenant to compensate for the damage to this facility! Of course, the premise is It was the tenant who broke it, so we had to report it quickly when we encountered this situation!) Therefore, we did not use this facility at all during the three days we stayed! It’s also because I’m afraid of being misunderstood😫

It was very clean because it was a modern building, and it had all the built-in appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and Tromm, so it was great. I want to actively use affiliated accommodations when I travel to other countries. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

It was nice that it was spacious enough for my family of 7 to stay together. However, I was disappointed that the kitchen was not cleaned well. When I arrived, I cleaned the kitchen first so the other family members wouldn't know because I wanted to have a pleasant trip. It's great for taking a walk near the sea, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so it's great for shopping.

It was my first time using a non-face-to-face check-in method, so it was unfamiliar, but it was very convenient and satisfactory. It was convenient because I could check in right away without having to go through the reservation confirmation process at the front desk. The facilities were cozy and good for a family of four, but there was a strong sewer smell in the living room bathroom, and the floor was damp because the air conditioner was on for a long time. The cleanliness was at the level of a 5-star hotel, and it was understandable considering the price since hair was cut in a room of this size. The location was very satisfying because it was close to the outlet, IKEA, Songjeong Beach, and Yonggungsa Temple, and now that restaurants have opened, delivery was good. I thought I would like to come back in the fall or winter.
