"Fantastic location with excellent dining and entertainment options right outside. The casino is conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. Directly connected to Lotte Department Store, it's a shopper's paradise! If you're visiting Seomyeon, this is *the* place to stay. It offers great value during the off-season; you can often get a room for around 800. A special highlight for me was the in-room coffee machine – the coffee was absolutely delicious! Both flavors were excellent! It's hands down the best capsule coffee I've ever had. Honestly, it's far better than many specialty coffees. You *must* try it when you stay!"

"The hotel is surprisingly good and manned by very friendly staff.The location is just opposite Busan station so getting around, going for meals and going places is so convenient.I loved how the premium room was spacious and had all the amenities for comfort.The top floor lounge and bar is a must visit at night.I will definitely recommend it to all my friends, family and colleagues.Great job to the hotel staff, especially one of the lady receptionist who went great lengths to ensure i received the correct card.She was so apologetic although i felt she was too kind and polite.Thank you staff for accomodating my stay."

"The view of gwangalli beach was spectacular. The room was clean and comfy. There was a storage room that can keep luggages. The host was kindly to provide check-in information and response quickly."

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"Very near Busan KTX station. just right beside walking distance 3mins from exit 1. Room small but nice. Breakfast provided with bread, jam, rice, side dishes(seaweed, pickled radish, kimchi etc) and mains dishes(chicken, beef) and coffee. Amenities such as foam cleanser, pajamas, instant coffee can get at lobby, toothbrush need to buy from vending machine. Front desk during check in friendly explained hotel rules and services available During check out can keep luggage in the locker provided but maybe the staff a bit busy at that time I forget to put my another small luggage thus need request her to help me to input the password once again to activate the locker. But I saw other guests have their password on hand in a sticky note not sure why the difference of this. Overall enjoyed the stay here, but maybe can upgrade or improvise the lift usage seems the lift a bit heavy in use during breakfast time which might need wait a bit longer as at that time we only have 1 lift available."

"Clean and compact room. Like the bed the most, we had a good sleep for our 3 nights stay. CU is right next to the hotel. Just a 4–5 mins walk to Haeundae Beach and the nearby food street. Also within walking distance to Mipo Blue Line Park Station for the Sky Capsule, beach train, ClubD Oasis, and X the Sky. Great location!"

"Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep. Things I like - one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself. - I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period). - near to many eateries/restaurants. Things I didn’t like - there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel. - front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help. - only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in. -didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic). - there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel. - no proper hotel lobby"

"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out. I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm. As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside. For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"The location was incredibly convenient; you could spot the hotel right after exiting the subway. It was also just about a 10-minute walk to Haeundae Beach. However, the only downside was a mirror positioned right next to the toilet. The front desk explained that it was for a maintenance access panel. Later, the hotel staff kindly brought some cardboard to cover it up."

"The room isn't huge, but it's clean. It's quite quiet after the street noise dies down at night. I stayed in a deluxe sea view twin room, and I think they temporarily converted it to a twin, because all the outlets were hidden under the pillows. I had to push the TV aside to use the outlets behind it. You really can see the sea, and it's nice to stand on the small balcony in the morning and before bed. Just a short walk downstairs is a street full of snack stalls, and the smell at night is amazing – you'll definitely want to keep your doors and windows shut!"
