It was a much better hotel than I imagined. It was in an ideal location, as there were night food markets, convenience stores, bakeries and a subway exit close by. Though the room was small, it was clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and common amenities were provided (shampoo, conditioner and a shower gel that smelled amazing). There were lots of closet space to store stuff, a TV that needs your Netflix account to watch movies, a fridge, a kettle, a counter top stove and a washer. 1. The downsides to this stay, were that the the stove and washer could not be used due to "hygiene reasons", said the note in the room. So don't expect to be doing laundry or cooking there. 2. The towels were not the cleanest. You could visibly see stains on the towels prepared. So bring your own towels or get disposable ones. Depending on your room location, the sun might keep you up while in bed, since the curtains are so thin. Anyways, I'd give this hotel an 8/10

It only takes an hour from the airport to the accommodation. The transportation is very convenient. The bus station and subway are less than 3 minutes' walk away. There are many places to visit and markets nearby. The room is clean, towels and water are provided. I can stay there for several people. The hotel will not take the initiative to clean at night unless you notify him. The only thing that was a bit cute when you arrived was that there was no reception desk. The location is great! It was close to the market so it was nice to walk around. Although there was no front desk, it was okay because inquiries were resolved right away.

There is an exclusive room and password for luggage storage. Maybe it’s because there’s no one to host it, so it’s particularly cheap, but I’d rather stay a little more expensive next time so I can sleep better! In addition, there is a cheap and large barbecue restaurant nearby, which is worth more than many famous restaurants.

I stayed here to stay with my dog, and it was very clean and the location was great. My dog ​​played and slept comfortably as if it were his own home. The pros are that it's within walking distance of Jagalchi Station, has a stylish interior, is a new building, and has a large refrigerator. There are also many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. The bedding and bed are good. There are many accommodations that say they're for 2 people but have 1.5-person beds, but this one is really queen-sized. The cons are that it's noisy. I knew it was a night market alley because it's in the Nampo-dong Pocha Alley, but the karaoke room in front of it is noisy even after midnight. The windows don't open, so there's no ventilation, and the curtains don't shade. There are no tissues, foot towels, bathroom slippers, or hand soap.

The room itself is very clean and comfortable, close to many attractions. But there were several nuances that made me very surprised. Firstly, there is no information on how to check in. You are warned in advance that the hotel does not have a reception, but inside the hotel itself there is no notification that they will send you everything in messages and you just need to wait for check-in time. We arrived half an hour before check-in, tried to find our way on our own, but we couldn’t even figure out what to do. It turned out that you just had to write by the number that was hanging on the door, it seemed to be easy to guess, but still it was difficult for us, tired after the journey, to reach this thought😬 I wish hotels with an international brand would have more explanatory signs for such slow-witted people like us) But what surprised me most was the fact that the room has a washing machine and a stove, but they CANNOT be used, and this was not indicated anywhere when booking, which was also a slight disappointment. The rest of the stay was very comfortable.

Because the reservation holder's cell phone number was not shared with the hotel, I did not receive a text message regarding non-face-to-face check-in upon arrival. I was connected to the person in charge after calling 3 times and received a check-in text message, but I received a message with an incorrect room assignment. - I stayed for consecutive nights and was given two rooms, one of which was not a suite. When I complained over the phone, they said they had not sent the correct information. The room reservation was for a suite, but a text message was sent again saying that it was sent in error, and then I checked in (if it is a non-face-to-face check-in system, you should not make this mistake). - Cleaning in the room was okay, the sheets were definitely clean, but there was no rug in the living room. I originally tried to sell the officetel, but it didn't work out, so I don't know if this hotel management system is for rent, but it's still a long way off. - You can't use the cooker or washing machine, but there were no dirty cups, and there was no tissue box other than toilet paper. I understand that the amenities are cost-effective. Isn’t this basic? I don't really want to recommend it unless the system is fixed or improved. At least, I stay for about 20-30 nights in Busan through several night reservation platforms. There is no choice but to rate it with the lowest score.
