Got a family room for 3, friendly staffs, good location only down sides is they don’t provide disposable toiletries but I ok with it. They can help to book taxi to airport at cheaper rate than those online apps.

The location was very ideal as it’s close to the main shopping area and street food. Many choices of restaurants too. The rooms were big with good air conditioning which was welcomed when we felt the heat during the day.

Gym was amazing! Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Location was pretty good as well, quite near the bustling streets and night markets :)

The gym at Busan Avenue Hotel is really crazy, Arnold Schwarzenegger will not be disappointed when you come to this gym, and the location is very convenient, just walk out to the Liberation Fashion Street

Last time I stayed at the hotel, I asked to be on the floor with the front desk, but they said they would do that in advance. So this time, I wrote down my preferences for the hotel when I applied, but unfortunately my request was not granted.

It's nice and close to the international market. There are no amenities like toothpaste.

I always use this place when I go to Busan! It's conveniently located, so even if I shop too much I can just leave my bags and go home, or I can go back to take a break, so it's great.

Stayed 4/14~4/16. This is my regular place to stay in Busan. Excellent location as always. The building and facilities have deteriorated over the years, but no issues at all. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel (obviously), but there is a hidden smoking area on the east balcony of the front floor (behind the breakfast area). There is no sign indicating where the smoking area is, so it may be for staff use.

Whenever I stay at a hotel in Busan, I always stay at this hotel. It is a clean hotel, and the staff are able to speak Japanese without any problems. The location and service are both perfect.

The location of the hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is at the end of the night market street and it takes a while to get off the subway. There is Lotte Department Store not far away, and there is also a duty-free shop on the Busan Tower. The downstairs is connected to the shopping mall and has many entertainment facilities, game consoles, ice skating rink, etc. The best thing is that there is a restaurant with a 24-hour self-service instant noodle machine on the first floor. You can go downstairs to cook noodles at any time. There is also a microwave and a self-service coffee and juice machine. The experience is very good and interesting. The hotel room is very large and spacious. Towels and bottled water are changed every day. On the last day, the cleaning lady forgot to collect the garbage. There were leftover fried chicken bones that we ate, which made the room smell bad. The bathroom sewer started to smell back. Moreover, our room was close to the lobby. The music was played very early in the buffet breakfast and it was very noisy. Guests came back very late at night. The sound insulation upstairs and in the corridor was not very good, which affected our rest. In general, the hotel is very convenient for traveling, and it is not far away by bus. There are many coffee and convenience stores around, clothing department stores and restaurants are everywhere, so there are many choices. It's a hotel with good value for money.

Good location, right in the center of Nampo-dong, convenient for shopping and eating. He could speak Japanese and was kind. The view is also nice. The rooms are also clean and tidy. I want to stay here again.
