원래 귀찮아서 후기 절대 안남기는 사람인데
여기는 꼭 남겨야 겠네요.
환불 불가 호텔인거 알고 있었고 호텔 예약했는데 가족 일정으로 여행이 한 주 연기되어 취소가 아닌 다음주로 똑같은 방 예약변경 신청했는데 거절하시더라고요. 이유가 뭐죠?
방은 그대로 있는거 확인하고 예약 변경 요청했는데도 그냥 돈 날리라는 건가요? 그렇게 돈 버시면 좋으세요?
취소는 그렇다쳐도 방이 있는데 예약 변경도 두번이나 거절하고.. 하다못해 제가 전화했을때 받으시고 변경 어렵다고 말이라도 해주시면 기분이 이렇게 안 나빴을텐데 아주 불쾌합니다.
전화도 안 받고 예약변경은 거절하고..
다른 분들 여기 예약 전 신중하게 결정하세요.
전화도 안 받고 막무가내 불친절한 호텔입니다.

A very shabby hotel, they didn't clean it even once during the week of stay, you even throw out the trash yourself, but for your money you don't expect more

Don’t go w family, had a bed bugs, not an ideal area nor location, AC did not worked. Wouldn’t go again
