suppose this was originally a motel rebranded as a hotel to attract more travellers. hotel is very near Busan tower, on top of a hill which may pose issues if you have heavy luggages (cab from station is relatively affordable). gigantic bathtub in our room. owners are really friendly and recognised us all the time, she loves to help with the directions.

Good place, good area for shopping. Heater didn’t work and no big towels.

We paid 150$. Not good Motel

First of all, I think it's the worst cost performance... There are no advantages other than the fact that the market is close. The wall on the bathtub side of the bathroom is open, so even if you close the door, you can hear the noise when doing errands and the moisture comes out, so it's very hot. I took a shower twice because it rained, but they asked me why I needed a towel and gave it to me. After taking a shower, the floor was damp. Not even a motel. This property was good. The check in was difficult for the person didn’t speak English but she was friendly. The room was nice only thing it was full of mosquitos due to a broken window screen. No amenities and dark.

The male staff at night shift is so rude every time I asked for assistance. - Electrical outlets are not working. No one fix the issue. I have to bring the electric kettle at the lobby for me to be able to use it and boil water. I have to use an outlet in the lobby which is I have to set it on the floor and not on a table. - The toilet clogged and I have to use the plunger myself. Until I asked for more assistance, he grabbed a different tool to fix the problem. - The male staff got mad for having garbage inside their trash can in the room. I think that’s the purpose of a teach can is to place your garbage inside. I will never recommend not book at this hotel anymore. I will make sure that this kind of customer service will be heard by the entire world.
