Crown Harbor Hotel Busan Reviews

The counter staff were rude when I asked them to help me write a Korean address to the taxi driver. A male staff member was very rude, dropped the card on the counter and asked for help calling a taxi. They didn't help and just asked us to pick up a taxi outside. Asked how to get to and from the airport, they didn't know anything and couldn't help. Won't stay again next time

Clean and big room for three people. The bathroom floor is tilting and the water retaining ***** is too low, causing water to flow outside of the transparent door when taking shower! It is located at old city district, and there is nothing to do after 8:00pm.

Room is clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and attended to my enquiries and requests promptly.

This is an apartment style hotel with an equipped kitchenette, about 10 mins walk from Busan KTX, and near Jung-Ang metro station. Hotel has pretty complete facilities with a cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. The room was minimalist but comfortable, with a view of the Busan harbour. The front desk staff is friendly and conversant in English. As compared to areas such as Seomyeon or Haeundae, you will find that this is a quieter side of town, but if you look closely can find nice gukbap and Milmyeon as well as the "40-Steps" attraction.

The hotel is very close to the metro station (approx 5 minutes walk) as well as bus stops. It take 15 minutes to walk to Busan rail station. Location wise is very convenient. The hotel room itself is spacious but the lighting was a little dim. Under local regulations, no amenities such as toothbrush, tooth paste are available.

Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Was able to help us with weighing our bags and arranging taxis. Excellent room cleaning each day 👌 with complimentary bottled water. Solid wifi too and sound proofed well, didn’t hear anyone else the whole 5 days I stayed. Location wise, a bus stop is right outside and short walk to subway, making Gamcheon village, Jalgachi market, Busan tower, Nampo, all super accessible. Airport only 30 minutes away via taxi for around 20,000 won. Cafe and convenience store on the first floor and amazing bbq chicken and beer on 2nd. Also some good cafes and restaurants walking distance near by. Would I stay here again? Yes if wanting to stay in the area. If I want to focus on Haeundae more I would perhaps choose somewhere closer to there. I think for first time visit, you can go wrong!

Our hotel room was nice and big enough for three people. The fitness center was great and had lots of machines. The location is about a 15 minute walk from Busan station and 10 minutes walk from a large Lotte Department store. Busan is a nice city to spend some relaxing time and if you can, go to the beach. The Haeundae beach is a 10-15 minutes taxi ride away from the hotel but the bus is convenient to use too. If you want to swim there is one small building for showering (500 won for one minute) and a bathroom for changing.

The service was excellent. We forgot something and realized it a few hours later. The hotel responded very quickly and sent it by post to Seoul. Fast check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Very near Busan Station, quiet neighbourhood but a little distance to Gwangbok-Ro where the main shopping is, but not too far off by multiple bus services. Overall pleasant stay, clean and good hotel!

The hotel is in a good location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, easy to walk to nearby town centre/ market, good for shopping/ daily.:)

It is hard to charge the electronic items as all the socket in the room cannot be connected properly, you think you are charging but actually it is not

The accommodation of the hotel is comfortable but tried take shower at 6:00am -7:00am without hot water.
