Perfect to stay!

The staff are on standby 24 hours a day and are always friendly. Thank you for the room upgrade. The room condition is the worst I've ever stayed at. The interior is luxurious, the location is easy to find, and parking is convenient, but the cleanliness of the room is worse than that of a regular motel. Hair and dust rolled around in large lumps on the floor, dried rice was rolled around in clumps, and coffee drinks on the bar were sticky and dry. Lumps of shampoo fell in the bathroom and were sticking to the floor here and there. There are mosquitoes. I picked up the towel provided in the room, but it was full of dust. There was a visibly thick cloud of dust everywhere. Fortunately, the bed was clean. Was it a room that had been left uncleaned for a long time, or was it the original cleaning condition? It was a non-refundable reservation, and it was annoying to move the room, so I wiped it roughly with a wet tissue.

It was friendly, but the room had a smell and overall wasn't clean.
