Clean and comfortable room. Happy with the location. The reception service could be improved as at check-out (around 7am) there was no one at the reception. Overall, would book this hotel again if ever in Busan.

Everything is clearly noted, the room is okay, the hotel location is easy to reach Haeundae station and the beach, and very close to the dining street.

Location is not bad, walking distance to metro. Food not an issues, a lot of eatery around the area. Room is clean and spacious for my family 4. Only setback is nobody mending the reception on our arrival. We had to wait and some 30mins wasted. Service staff finally came but not friendly. Early check-in done but wish the staff at least wears a smile and more courteous towards us.

Great location near to the metro station and the beach front Clean and comfortable facilities, and the reception staff were pleasant Good value hotel.

Everything was nice, aside from not having any wardrobe in the room.
The location was perfect as it is about 10 mins walk to Haeundae beach, only a few minutes walk to the road full of shops.

Location is okay, close to the beach and traditional market but I found the hotel wasn't very clean - could smell some cigarette covered in heavy scented repellent, and the bedsheets are causing my skin itchy.

It was great, very nice room and clean excellent. The staff very nice friendly and good service. Great location of hotel near the beach .. I’m so happy and enjoy my holidays in haeundae especially the boat cruise at night so beautiful…
