Great location near the metro. The next lift after the elevator to the tower. A few minutes from the metro. The room is fresh, there is a table and a drying cabinet. The washlet had a good remote control) Everything is great about the room, the only drawbacks are the smell in the kitchen on the 1st floor and uncommunicative employees at the reception (but in Korea in 3 hotels almost all were like that, which is strange). The hotel has a water cooler and a coffee machine.

Fantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

The location is really good. When you walk out, you can go shopping on the main street. They are all good stores. Everywhere you walk, there are new and lively areas. For food or Lotte Department Store, you can change your hotel and stay here. The value for money is very high. , although there is a small gentle slope in front, it is really not too tiring. If it is your first time to go shopping in Busan, it is recommended to stay here!
