Spectular view of Busan beach Cleaness can be improved 4pm check in and 11 check out time is a bit inconvenient

The location was very good and the view was great. It was a hotel I would want to go back to next time.

Travelled with group of friends (5 of us). Everyone loved the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and especially the view and large size of the apartment. Will definitively stay at Grand LCT Residence again if we come back to Busan.

Place is nice and great views. But not exactly a vacation place. Need to clean your own room and remove trash, good waste, make your own bed. Towels smells. You need to use it for 4 days. No exchange. No pets allowed. So may restrictions. If you don’t obey they will hit you with penalties. You can’t cook smelly food nor bring in smelly food. Everything must be put back to original place. I want to enjoy not to clean after myself for the usage of the accommodations. Not recommended. Go to real hotel. Not this residency.

First trip to Busan with kids... There was a lot of buzz about how good the accommodation was. The view from the 94th floor was truly breathtaking. The night view is also very pretty. It's a day full of luck for traveling at the lowest price with Trip.

The space is large, the location is good, the view is good, and the service is good. We stayed in the Ocean Royal Suite on the 86th floor for four nights and it was very satisfying. It has three rooms, three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and we can see the night view every day. There are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, including the supermarket downstairs (corner on the third floor), 7-11 (third floor), and Oliver Young (on the first floor). I visit it every day. The Dear Cabinet Cafe on the first floor serves delicious brunch, waffles, and drinks. Drink, has been listed as a must-stay hotel in Busan

I stayed here because I went on a trip to Busan with my friends. The room was big, the bathroom was big, and it was really nice. In particular, the view and the kitchen were really, really nice!
