100% recommended hotel. Great location. Every part of the hotel room is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Service is also no.1! 👍🏻

Thanks to Mr Dong-Yeop Lee the Duty Manager of Grand Josun Busan and his team Mr JinHun and Mr Seyoung for recovering my daughter favourite bed soft toy which was accidentally thrown together with the shower robes and sent to the laundry contractor for wash. Without way above their best efforts to go down to the laundry plant located a distance away from the hotel in the wee hours of the following day to check through every robe, I believe our trip to Busan as well as Seoul will not be a memorable trip. Your service is unparalleled and your effort to console and reassure the guest aftermath the promise of recovering the lost item is indeed well commendable! Excellent and top class service to recommend all to visit this hotel whom staffs are pleasant, friendly and helpful to the hotel guests. KEEP IT UP and thank you so much for turning around our mental debacle.

Room with ocean view is so much more cost-efficient than other hotels providing similar views. Still expensive for our budget though, but definitely worth every penny. The staff there also deserved praise for their respectfulness and formality, professionalism much alike what I saw of 5-star hotels in K-drama series. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind when I return to Busan in the future!

Really loved staying here. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool overlooking the beach was a highlight. The area has many restaurants including some along the beach. Subway station is close. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location , clean room

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, added an extra night because wanted to stayed in Busan for 1 more day, hotel location is good, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the metro station, staff were nice.

Clean and perfect view

The hotel has an excellent location but the pool was closed for maintenance together with all the other fitness areas.

Location is good l, view is nice the only things is bathroom and toilet wasn’t separated. Good for couple but family may not be a good idea.

Nice central hotel right on the beach. The room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The mini bar was free once per stay, there was still water, sparkling water and a pack of Pringles. Unfortunately there were a lot of children in the pool area, so swimming or relaxing was hardly possible. It would be good if the pool was only open to adults in the evening hours. The staff were very friendly. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Comfortable stay with the hotel. Staffs are attentive and always ready to assist. Room is clean and spotless. It is located near the retail and shopping district. Will return to stay whenever i am in Busan.

Perfect hotel to stay at. Good location and good service. Got upgraded to kid’s floor with partial ocean and beach view. Its even got free laundry service. What a hotel.

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.
