The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apartment is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

Everything was great from start till end. I would say it’s probably even better than your own home. Went to stay as a family of 5, everyone was happy with it.

The apartment is beautiful nice 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, spotless clean, good viewing located on high floor, good mattress & pillow allowing us to have a good rest. Nearby there is restaurants & cafe. 24 hours convenience store just below our apartment. Very satisfied with our stay. 👍

For people looking for the usual hotel experience and room service, this might not be the one for you as things here are automated and you have to request for room service. Rooms here are very spacious and cozy. Relatively clean too, but they've got to check in between the couches. The place is located near an emart, and opposite of Lotte mall outlets. It is not located near to Haeundae night market, but there are busses to get there. I will still highly recommend this place due to its affordability and elegance.

It's definitely more of a family place, I love the location 30 min' drive away from the main attraction. The place was very clean and had everything I needed, the LG styler was a plus for sure. I also got a great deal for the two-day stay, was looking to stay another few days in December but the place was a little more expensive for December but looking to book again. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Busan

Really good place

Good location, good condition, and it was the best! It has almost everything you need, such as a washing machine, dryer, oven, iron, styler, dryer, capsule machine, etc., so you can rest very comfortably. The amenities are great as they have hand soap, body shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and kitchen detergent! However, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that the remote control battery seemed to need replacement and I think I would need extra tissues as well! In the case of the towels, there was a damp smell, so this part may be related to cleanliness, so it seems necessary to check it from time to time. And the most disappointing thing was that there was no comb. I thought there would be a comb, but I was disappointed that there wasn't one!

Nearby are tourist attractions such as Yonggungsa Temple, Ananti, and Lotte World, and Lotte Outlet can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The facilities are clean and in good condition.

It was clean and very nice. Lotte World is also close so I took the kids there. I've been doing well.

Best value for money accommodation. It was quiet and comfortable, had an ocean view, and even had a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and styler. It was comfortable to stay in and I was very satisfied. The kids want to come again too.

This apartment-type hotel is perfect for family travel. Lotte Outlet nearby. Lotte World is close...Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is also close... Songjeong Beach is also within 10 minutes by car. Anyway, everything was good.
