Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

In the heart of the historic Arts District, the twin towers of Fairmont Dallas add their 60s silhouette to the city skyline. They also act as bookends for a magnificent rooftop pool, and a garden where fresh ingredients are grown for farm-to-table Pyramid

Booked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

I've stayed at quite a few Hilton properties and was expecting great things from this stay but I have to say I was left extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. For the amount of money I spent for 5 nights I definitely expected a lot better and should've went with my gut in picking another hotel. From it's location you can definitely tell it is more geared towards corporate travelers and convention groups. It's about 20mins away from DFW airport. I stayed in room 1524 and one of the most confusing things was trying to figure out why the bathroom was configured the way it was. The toilet is very low and faces the door and if you want to get into the shower, you have to close the bathroom door Also for the desk the chair doesn't even go with the desk, so it doesn't roll under the desk and is just in the way due to how big the desk is. Also, the outlets in the room were extremely loose, every time I plugged something in, the plug would fall out. Only in the bathroom did the appliances I plugged in stay in the outlet. My biggest complaint was the housekeeping service. I inquired if I had to request daily housekeeping and the front desk told me yes I had to. After instructing the front desk of the hotel that I wanted daily housekeeping, my room was only cleaned twice for a 5 night stay. This was after going down to the front desk three times to inquire about why my room had not been cleaned. I left at 12p on Friday and came back a lil after midnight and my room hadn't been cleaned. They said as long as I didn't have the privacy badge on the door it would be cleaned and I always removed it once I left the room, so I was very confused as to why my room never got cleaned and I had to continuously follow up. Very unacceptable. For a Hilton and the price I paid for this stay, I was left extremely disappointed and would choose another hotel for my next stay in Dallas.

First, our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. The key system in our door failed multiple times, causing numerous trips to get help to get into our room. Second, the tail lights of our vehicle were stolen over night. The initial manager we worked with was complete unhelpful and refused to help accessing the cameras to give more information to our insurance. Please explain how this happened when they have overnight security that patrols the parking lot?? The manager was dismissive and had the audacity to offer us dinner despite the amount of time and money this ordeal will put us out on. Instead of offering any sort of help he offered dinner. Dinner is offensive in the lieu of actual help and care. Despite all of this, when we spoke with Quin she was amazing. She was understanding, polite, and helped us that best she could. It is ONLY because of our amazing interaction with Quin that this hotel is getting the review we are giving it. Thank you Quin!

I stayed with my son in the 2 Queen Beds Aloft Room for a night and paid 39,000 points, which apparently was a great bargain as the room was listed for over $1,000 a night. I'm not sure if there is any Aloft hotel room in the World worth $1,000 a night, and this one definitely was not. While the room was fine and a little larger than a standard Aloft room, our stay was marred by a few issues. First, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:25 AM to see if they could clean the room, Second, housekeeping came back at 10 AM to see if they could clean the room. This was despite us requesting and receiving a 4 pm checkout due to my Platinum status. The third and most annoying issue is that there is a metal plate on the road in front of the hotel, so throughout the night and day, there is a loud clanging sound that disturbed our sleep. I understand that this is somewhat outside the hotel's control, but they could at least give guests earplugs and check in, and can complain to the city to have the road crew wedge the plate better so it isn't as noisy. Would I stay again? Definitely not at this price point. If it was a more reasonable $200 a night and they fixed the three issues above? I would definitely consider it.

The parking lot is outside the open air. On rainy days, I asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella to open it. After drinking two bottles of mineral water, I asked for three yuan a bottle.

This hotel was really cute, had such a great vibe. The front desk guy Jacob was so friendly and really made me feel welcomed, he had a big smile on his face explained parking and how the key works, even told me if I wanted to hold my luggage there with him in the morning that they would be happy to do it so the kids could swim, he also explained to me that the kitchen was open until 10:00 p.m. and we could either order downstairs or even on the rooftop. The rooftop was chill, nice music very laid back, we ended up ordering our food downstairs the bartender was great answered all my questions and very patient. The food was okay I ordered a burger just didn't have very much flavor to it needed a little more seasoning on the burger itself, salad was good and sweet potatos fries were decent. The room itself was super cute lots of space for the kids, love that they had a noise machine because I forgot to bring my fan. The pull out sofa was clean, The only thing I can really complain about was the sink it just did not drain well but overall was a wonderful stay I would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, location, accommodations and food. Luis, the maintenance man fixing a table one morning in the lobby was exceptionally kind, helpful and went out of his way to make certain I was having a great stay. I would strongly recommend staying at the hotel crescent.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a huge disappointment. I am a big fan of most Residence Inns. However, The service here was horrible. Upon check-in, no thank you for being a Titanium member, no points, no anything. even worse, the parking situation is dangerous. The south parking is closed, requiring use of the valet. Aside from being overcharged by the valet, they could not drive a manual transmission, and I repeatedly had to wait for extensive periods until the manager who knew how to drive a stick would bless us with his presence. Again, I wanted to do the self park, but this was not available for a reason that they could not explain. Insured, I had to leave my car on the street for extended periods of time and spent more time waiting for my car then I have at any hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I highly recommend against staying here.

QQIONGFANGMarriott's light luxury business brand, the hotel is very new, this price is very worth it! The location is close to mall, convenient for shopping, there are many famous restaurants around, and I will live in the future
GGuest UserWe visited the Westin Downtown Dallas for a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was a very short walk and surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. We even had a colleague forget her phone in Arlington and the valet (Melvin) went all the way there to get it for her! The hotel is clean and beautiful but I would stay here ten times over the staff and the hospitality.
