The hotel is very good. There are three sister stores in total. They are rose, this one and sunset beach. The environment is very comfortable, and the room is also very cool. It is suitable for a family to stay in winter vacation. There are up to six people in a room.

This place never gets old. After nearly 30 years, we still love it. Ana at the front desk responded to all our emails and made the best accommodations available to us. Centrally located with a quick walk to town or Cabo Bakery. Loved the poolside service by Ivan. Thank you for a great vacay!

Beautiful property and superb hospitality, impressed with the staff and how gracious they are. Pool/ beach server Blas and suite service Bernabe stood out with their recognition and enthusiasm in their service. I enjoyed the week I stayed and definitely plan on coming back.

the resort is right on the beach in the harbour
its convenient if you would like to walk into town. ou can swim in the water here which is a bonus. the rooms are dated and the furniture was dirty...especially the coach. the beds were poor and the sofa bed almost impossible to sleep on comfortably. The staff and food were good. The property needs an update soon.

Overall this place was disappointing for the cost. We had maybe 1 hot shower while we were there. There was otherwise no hot water with nothing more than a "yeah we know we have a problem" from the hotel. They should have been offering a discount, resort credit...anything. For 5k I expect a hot shower. The rooms are very dated. Furniture is stained, ripped, bedding is so old and beds are uncomfortable. Food was also disappointing. I had room service once and it was as cold as my shower. There are no activities besides one volleyball game per day. The positive things were the beach, and location to downtown which was great. Most the staff at the pool were good as well. Also the gym is a joke. Old and tiny. You can use the Rose gym which is much better but still not nearly like other gyms at nearby hotels. Overall, I wouldn't stay again.

My husband and I got married at the resort and only have wonderful things to say. The rooms are a little outdated and the service slightly slow but the location more than makes up for it. The views from each room are breathtaking. Everything went perfectly when it came to our rehearsal dinner and wedding day thanks to our coordinator, Sandra. She was amazing and ensured everything went off without a hitch. We were a little worried with planning everything from afar but the staff took care of everything. Our rehearsal dinner, bonfire, wedding ceremony, and reception were all beautiful. Thank you, Sandra!!
