There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree.
The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund.
No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

Machine à billets
Mon vol a été annulé suite à la grève des contrôleurs aériens du 1er mai. Je n’ai pas trouvé d’autres vols pour les mêmes dates. J’ai donc contacté cet hôtel pour trouver une solution (remboursement, avoir, changement de date). On m’a répondu que j’avais pris une réservation avec une offre promotionnelle donc aucun geste ne peut être possible. (Nous avions réservé qu’une nuit pour 91€)
Dans le même temps, j’ai pu obtenir des remboursements de personnes m’accueillant dans leur maison pour quelques jours, prévu dans le même séjour via Airbnb… Bien que je ne me réjouis pas de cette démarche, elle en dit beaucoup sur la mentalité de l’hôtel …
Lorsque nous irons en Sardaigne, nous ne réserverons pas dans cet établissement.
