Location was great. Parking wasn’t. Air conditioning at night wasn’t working well. Awkward check in desk location. Mattress was good, but the slightest movement on the bed and it felt unstable.

Hotel molto ben posizionato e pulito. Camere spaziose , arredate in stile moderno . Mancava qualche cassettiera nella camera che ho utilizzato ma non problematico per un soggiorno breve. Personale reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Das Neko hat einen tollen Standort, in wenigen Minuten mitten drin. Alles wie auf den Fotos, Personal sehr nett, vor Allem an der Rezeption. Zimmer mit Balkon sehr schön. Weiterempfehlung!

A notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a attribué une chambre très petite avec vue sur cour intérieure nous disant que pour la nuit suivante nous aurions une chambre plus confortable, ce qui n’a pas été le cas malgré rappel. Au bout de 2 nuits nous sommes partis et avons réservé et payé une 3ème nuit pour 5 jours après. Il nous a été certifié que nous aurions cette fois-ci une chambre confortable. Seulement nous nous sommes aperçus qu’il n’était pas pratique pour nous de revenir à Cagliari et nous avons décommandé cette chambre 3 jours avant la date prévue en demandant le remboursement qui nous a été refusé …

Friendly staff, polite and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. The area and hotel itself was lovely and quiet, with no noise from the street. Breakfast was delicious, offering arrange of freshly made products 😋 The room was clean with a lovely balcony off of the bedroom.
