Great staff! We dropped our passport on the Uber and the Uber driver asked for $100 to return it to us. When the concierge saw that, she rushed towards us and reprimanded the driver and insisted that he return us the money. The receptionist almost got into a fight with the driver for us and managed to force the driver to return us our passport and the money and we were so grateful for that! It was our first day in Cairns and she helped turn our day around. Kudos to Pilar and Charlotte for helping us that day! Very convenient location with short walk to the reef terminal and lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a great night life right here at the hotel. Good view of the sea from the hotel too.

It's great. It only takes about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. You can see the sea from the balcony. I watched the sunrise in the morning. There is a night market with various delicacies downstairs. The hotel has a swimming pool and is very close to the pier.

Very new hotel, beautifully decorated, cleaned every day, the most satisfactory hotel for my husband and I during the whole trip to Australia. Turn left and walk for 1 minute to the night market, there are many places to eat around, and walk a few minutes more and cross the road to the Woolworths supermarket. Turn right after the hotel and you will see the Ferris wheel, beach and swimming pool. There is a place to barbecue on the beach. It is nice to buy some meat from the supermarket and barbecue it yourself, but it is a pity that we didn't find it until the last day. It takes 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, about 24-27 dollars. You can call a taxi at the hotel front desk to go to the airport. The hotel's breakfast is OK. Go directly to the front desk to order 20 dollars per person. Although the buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, it is full and the price is about the same as eating out.

Excellent location. The entire night market is just a couple steps away. 5 mins to the Lagoon and 10 mins to the Reef Terminal. The room is great, but you will have to refill water yourself.
