I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

The location is perfect by the Nile River. The staff are very warm and friendly. The atmosphere is much better than the Ritz-Carlton where we stayed before. Especially the way into the hotel, I felt like a small French-style kingdom, isolated from the chaos outside. Got it

A hotel full of experience The room is not big but overall it is pretty good. The bath water is also okay. The price/performance ratio is super high. Opposite is the Mina Palace You can see the pyramid from the breakfast area. It’s very nice to take pictures in the morning. I recommend everyone to take photos and check in from there. It’s very nice.

I charted this hotel on Google Maps trying to find an alignment between Cheops Pyramid, the front of the Sphynx and some rooftop or balcony. The answer seemed obviously The Pyramids View Inn. It was surprisingly (suspiciously) cheap, and didn’t look too fancy from the outside… But the photos inside were much better and the view was either Photoshopped or out of this world. The reviews were amazing, so I decided against staying in downtown Cairo and going to Giza, as close to the pyramids as I could be without actually sleeping inside one of them, Best travel decision, EVER! The staff was friendly since we started exchanging emails about airport transfers and tours. I was a bit scared of the arrival at the airport at 2am and the possibility that there could be no one waiting for me, but outside the airport after saying no to a dozen Taxi drivers inside, my driver was there with a sign with my name. Don’t feel disoriented with so many drivers from hotels with name looking neatly the same. The sign will have this hotel name as it is written here and your own name. It only got better from then on. Super friendly and honest staff, clean room, THAT AMAZING VIEW, both from the room and the rooftop where you can get à plentiful breakfast and some night drinks there (don’t expect alcohol in an Islamic republic) You can actually see the Pyramids Light and Show perfectly or even better from the hotel than on-site. Just pray you get it on your language while you are there. Everyday was in a different language while I was there. Book the tours at the hotel too. You can find many offers online, hardly a better driver and guide than the ones I got. Friendly, professional, helpful. I was alone in Egypt and they (tour and hotel staff) welcomed me as my new best friends. On the Gyza tour, you will be taken to some local Businesses with high quality papyrus and oil scents. Don’t feel forced to buy anything and expect some high prices there, It will be hard though not to spend as many money on souvenirs as on the rest of the trip. If you really don’t want to spend some big buck on excellent products just say no or skip visiting those two sites, but you will miss learning how to make a papyrus sheet. You can do three tours in two days (Cairo cultural sights, Ancient Egypt historical sites and Nile Dinner cruise). if you manage to go to the desert after flying for a day. There was another option with a sleepover on some Bedouin Oasis which I skipped. The hotel surrounding may feel intimidating when you arrive, with high police apparatus and the local salesperson that really hassle you. The best place to buy souvenirs is right next door to the hotel. Look for the window with the No Hassle sign. The owner is charming, educated, respectful of your word. and offers great prices. a very strategic hotel ideal from stop overs in Cairo. with direct access from terminal 3 it is very easy to reach from airport in 1 minute. It is quite expensive hotel,156 euro a night for kingsize bedroom,but it is very confortable. Breakfast is good,and starts at 4.00 am.

This is a great hotel for proximity to Cairo International Airport and good value for a 4 star. They supply a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport that is only a 5-10 minute ride. The condition of the mini-bus was somewhat tired but it does the job. I used this hotel on my outbound journey whilst transferring flights and again on this inbound one. It is very good for its category level and has a very decent pool in a spacious courtyard area. For both my visits, all the staff were really amazing and accommodated my requests, in particular Noor on reception, who was a credit to the Accor brand.
