Faultless Hotel
Can not fault this hotel for our stay, everything is super clean, staff are friendly and helpful, food and drink is plentiful if you chose all inclusive. The location is great, no outside noise can be heard the rooms,

Das Zimmer (Suite) war sehr schön groß. Ablageflächen vorhanden. Der Balkon mit Meerblick herrlich.
Wir hatten mit Halbpensionverpflegung. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Abendessen war gar nicht gut. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen, allerdings ohne Verpflegung bzw. nur Frühstück.
Man fand in den Seitenstraßen immer einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen. Fußläufig ist ein Aldi erreichbar. Der Strand und das Meer direkt gegenüber.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Die Essensauswahl war super und immer lecker. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Promenade und nicht weit vom Strand. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man aufjedenfall seine Ruhe. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Visited this hotel for 4 days whilst on a trip to Cala Millor as part of my business reviews on the local hotels in the area. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked all inclusive but some drinks are not included including some cocktails. The food was not overly impressive with not a good variety to choose from for an all inclusive option. I spoke to 5 couples on my stay who have been visiting the hotel for over 10 years, they mentioned that things had changed over the years as they all used to stay either bed & breakfast or half board, now the options are half board or all inclusive and no longer caters for regular returning customers who usually opt for bed and breakfast. I cannot understand why the hotel does not keep the bed and breakfast option in place for guests who prefer to have bed and breakfast as it’s no revenue lost to the hotel as they serve breakfast in the morning to everyone, regardless of whether they book bed and breakfast, half board or all inclusive, everyone gets a breakfast? Apart from the above it’s a good hotel to visit but if you are looking for a self catering or bed and breakfast option then there are alternative good hotels along the ***** which cater for these.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing there are only a few things that let the hotel down are the rules. Not aloud a sunbed or sun bath before 9:30-10 as the pool opens at 10 and the food is very repetitive. It seemed as what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for lunch and what wasn’t eaten at lunch was put in some sort of casserole or curry for dinner and if you want a cocktail you have to pay even if you are all inclusive.
