I have already written a review but I forgot to add on our first night , it dangerous that we got locked in our room and it took us a long time to get out . When I mentioned it at the reception I saw they weren’t fazed . They may taken it more seriously , if we been locked in during a fire ? Because I couldn’t see no other route out in a fire . Not even a large enough window. We Lubricated the door ourself and tried to relax about it , as we didn’t see anyone come to fix it .

Some mixed reviews about this hotel before I booked, so I thought bugger it. I will give it a go. I should have listened to the negative reviews. People were not wrong. This has got to be the worst all-inclusive holiday I have been on. I will post a more detailed vlog on YouTube. I know it's only a two star, but that shouldn't affect the cleanliness of a resort. The rooms are filthy, and I mean filthy. We had towels and bins changed, and that was it. The same bugs that were there all over the floor when we arrived stayed there until I cleaned up myself. Smell of drains constantly in the room. Food is very poor quality and always cold. Snack bar only had 3 items available all week also it shut the day before we left? Paid for that service for the whole week. If you have mobility issues, you will struggle with the steps, steps everywhere. This hotel is in need of a lot of investment and I think new management definitely when it's come to house keeping and the food side of things. £600 each we paid so should have been alot better. I will be contacting Easyjet about this. Oh forgot to mention the bed bugs. Covered in bites which was the icing on the cake.. Please dont comment Globales with a poor apology unless your offering me a full refund.

Chambre très vétuste et très sale. Honteux Pas de ménage. Nourriture très bien Accueil correct. Espace piscine très bien Dommage pas de pancakes. Et œufs brouillés un jour sur deux Emplacement très bien. On est vite à Ibiza Proche plage. 10 min à pied

La situation de l’hôtel est très bien, plage à 5 min et Eivissa à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Chambre propre, seul bémol trop d’escaliers dans l’hôtel pas pratique pour les valises. La nourriture est au goût des anglais disons… Nous avons abandonné le restaurant et avons mangé dehors presque tous les jours. Les restaurant autour de Cala Llonga sont sympathiques et très abordables pareil pour la supérette qui sert des viennoiseries assez bonnes. Pour louer une voiture ou un scooter je vous conseil d’aller autour d’Eivissa directement car autour de Cala Llonga ils chipotent beaucoup.

Las instalaciones muy deterioradas. Las habitaciones huelen a cloacas, están siempre sucias y entran bichos por todas partes. Protestas en recepción y te cambian de habitación pero es más de lo mismo. Hemos estado 9 días y solo nos han cambiado las toallas y limpiado la habitación cuando hemos protestado en recepción. La atención del personal impecable, nada malo que decir, todo lo contrario. Unos profesionales que hacen todo lo que pueden con lo poco de lo que disponen, tanto en recepción como en cocina. No volveremos seguro.

Stayed here for a week in July, lovely weather, nice room and balcony area. Pool was a little cool for us, but we still used it every day. Short walk to shops and beach but a bit of a hill back up again. We used a taxi a few days. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Few things for my two fussy boys but we always had something to do us. Tokens for plastic glass and when going for another drink they just reused without washing on occasion. Quiet area which we enjoyed and the beach was lovely. Got the bus into it biza town for a day too which was nice to visit.

Situado en una zona montañosa y rodeado de pinares, nos alojamos durante tres días en éstos apartamentos, y aunque todo es mejorable, quiero agradecer a todas las personas que comocimos, trabajadores y responsables de Globales, él que hicieran nuestra estancia tan agradable, y el trato recibido… en especial, al equipo de animación!!! Seguro repetimos o coincidimos en algún otro lugar del mundo.

Just got back from our stay at this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned for days especially the bathroom and toilet. Maids are not friendly and don't clean properly. Ants in every room crawling on beds and up walls. So bad looked for a brush and shovel to sweep up our selves. The shower was dirty with black marks under hand rail and drain where the water runs down. Food was okay but beware of the flies crawling on everything. Calla llonga town is lovely and bus stop not far to visit other towns. Bar staff very friendly restaurant staff friendly. No good for people with disabilities to many steps and a very steep hill to go up and down. The rooms are in need if a good clean and refurbished. Would not go back.
