Amazing

The hotel is a legendary hotel that opened in 1913 and has been 110 years ago. It is the same hotel where Queen Elizabeth stayed. The front desk upgraded the room type to a top floor room. The room has a large usable space, the bathroom is large, and the equipment is LeLabo. The gym and swimming pool are on the B1 floor of the hotel. The swimming pool is not large, but the temperature of the pool is very comfortable. What impressed me most about this hotel is the Hawthorn Lounge on the first floor of the hotel. Breakfast is served a la carte, with dedicated service. At the end of the meal, a postcard from the hotel is given to you. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just one step away from Calgary Tower and Wonderland Sculpture; the room service is fast.

This Fairmount is the worst luxury hotel I have ever stayed in, not one of them. First of all, there is the arrogant front desk clerk, who is not a princess but has a princess disease. I booked a twin room, and she gave me a Single Queen Bed room. I asked them to change the room. They were very tough at the beginning, telling me that I was The room booked by the third-party platform means that there is no guarantee that the room I book will be given to me, and there is such an operation. In the end, under the theory, I was reluctant to give me a double bed room (this is the bed type I originally booked on the platform). Second, the hotel is really old. The hotel's facilities are old from the elevator, and many guests who go up and down criticize the elevator button that can't respond normally. The hotel's wifi is super inconvenient. You have to register as a member of his family to fill in your membership number to be able to access the Internet. In any case, you will be prompted for a fee. When communicating with the front desk staff, you are very impatient. I don't know if it is unfriendly to guests or Asian guests. friendly. There is also a bathtub in the guest room that is rusted, and the edge of the toilet is not clean and cannot be described in detail. The TV is the most old-fashioned, there is no smart TV, and it is incomparable with others at the same price. Finally, although the hotel is located next to the Calgary Tower, the hotel's own parking is not convenient and expensive. It also borrows the parking space of the Calgary Tower, but someone helps you go to the third floor of the Calgary Tower next to it, and you drive by yourself. The stop price is less than half what they charge. The location is not safe to go out at night, there are many homeless people around, we ended up ordering takeaway to the hotel lobby. Fairmount has always been one of our favorite hotels, with a long history and nostalgia, but this one is really not flattering. Not recommended, not self-occupied.

The hotel facilities are older, next to the train, there is noise at night. Apart from the good location, other advantages are not obvious.

The service hotels are all good, but the fruits in the executive lounge are almost turning into dried fruits. Crispy fruits are the first time I’ve seen you and drinks are also charged extra
