Very good hotel, very close to the airport, we also went to the hotel reception after the car, we sent a car to pick us up to the hotel in ten minutes. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, telling you how to get to the airport to return the car, how to get to the front desk after the car, and write everything in detail with paper. The rooms are quite clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the surrounding environment is refreshing! The next morning, I sent us to the airport. There were a lot of luggage for the three people. It was great to send Mr. Mr., and carefully put the luggage on the car. It was a warmhearted service!

Room 233  The good: We arrived very early at 9 am, staff at front desk obliged and provided room, much appreciated as mess with Flair airlines caused us to arrive much earlier than initially booked. Room was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, good size washroom, wifi worked well.  The bad: Very limited toiletries, no microwave nor water kettle in room, no laundry bag (told because of covid) - give me a break...like a hostel then. Breakfast was served at the sister property lobby next door, complete chaos, overwhelmed and understaffed, what a gong show. No complimentary water in room, this felt below 3 stars for me.    The in-between: No airport shuttle, but hotel provides voucher for taxi, so ok there, just know that you can take a cab coming in, they know the system.  Overall Nice building, poorly managed and shame on management to work it's limited staff sooooo hard. Will not return to this property again, there are so many other airport hotels very nearby to try.

The 1st good part was that the hotel was clean. I  booked a family room as my sister and I had taken my granddaughter to see her Daddy in BC. We checked into the hotel and were given our room key. On entering the room I noticed that the sofa bed had not been made up. I tried to phone reception and after it ringing for at least 5 minutes I decided to go down. I explained that the second bed had not been made up and was told ”there is bedding in the wardrobe, make it yourself” I am a 73 year old woman and my sister who was with me is 70......it took our combined strength to even open the darn bed, then there were no pillows. Wasn't venting downstairs again, I would probably have been told to stuff the pillow cases myself!!! Breakfast was shambolic, thats as much as I am prepared to say about that. My husband was fortunate enough to travel the world during his working life and I` would very often accompany him. We have stayed in all the Marriott franchise hotels and lots of the real JW Marriott hotels. This particular franchise rates in the top 5 of the most ”UnMarriott” hotels I have stayed it. The second good part was that when I asked about the airport shuttle I was told that a complimentary taxi would be provided at the time I wanted it
