DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL on Trip! Front desk staff did not accept prepaid checkin voucher when I arrived. It took several minutes, a call to Trip and much discussion, showing of documents and receipts, until clerk finally called senior staff. Poor training? Maybe. Rude and unpleasant? Absolutely! Apologetic? Definitely not! Last time I will stay here no matter how I book.

Great place by the airport. The woman at the front desk was particularly awesome.

Second stay. The room was still very nice. And during this stay, I found that the washing machine and dryer were free to use. However, the hotel's airport drop-off service in the morning was very poor and confusing. The taxi reserved for me was given to someone else, and then the hotel spent 20 minutes temporarily calling for a taxi. Not only did I not get to the airport lounge, I almost couldn't get on the plane. If you have an early flight in the future, you must not use the hotel's drop-off service.

A good option if you need to spend the night before a flight. The rooms are large and have a kitchen.
