I’m here on business travel and chose the hotel closest to my workplace. This is quite possibly one of the most run down Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The AC is out in all of the downstairs common spaces (making the gym a sweat box). Both elevators are broken (I feel bad for the housekeeping staff, not to mention guests who may not be able to navigate 5 flights of stairs to the top floor). Several of the machines in the gym are broken (at least they have a Peloton, but you’re unable to adjust the seat on it). This place is ready for a facelift and it shows—lots of the surfaces are peeling, etc. At least the AC worked in my room (although noisy) and the bed was acceptable. Recommend you see an alternative hotel if able.

The temperature outside was a muggy 87 degrees at 11pm! As we entered the hotel is was awful! There were fans blowing, sweltering humidity and the team member was dripping with sweat. I asked is the air working, he said in some rooms, then checked us in. No warm greeting, hello nothing! I looked in the lobby and there are stains on lamp shades, towels and trash cans on the seats catching water leaks. We only chose this hotel for the convenience of an event we attended. The food pantry was pretty much empty! We got on our floor, it was cool so that was a plus, our room started out cool but has an awful damp basement smell! We were so exhausted we just showered and got in bed. Throughout the night the AC was sub par, room became muggy! Fwd to 8am-ish housekeeper OPENS our door and then announced herself! This is a huge no! I had to jump up and announce her to leave! This happened to me at a previous Hilton! Is knocking not in the manual? I try to give Hilton chances but I’m no longer spending money here.

Great stay. Good beds, good breakfast. Great staff. Clean rooms and common areas. 5 star feeling. Good coffee and creamer. Staff is top tier. Parking lot is large and safe. Best hotel in the area. Book early

I was disappointed to find that my room (216) did not have a door latch and was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the carpet and walls. I was appreciative of your offer to make things right by moving me to a different room (220). However, around 3 am on August 16, I was awakened by the sound of dripping water. The source of the water was a steady drip from the air conditioner vent in the ceiling.

Nice place. Very clean. The breakfast that was included in the price was very disappointing. Supposed to last until 10am, but at 8:45 there were no plain bagels, no cream cheese, no yogurt, no waffle batter. Skim milk only.

Room was musky and in need of general maintanece. Freezer needed defrosted, carpet order, cabinets needs resurfaced, pool not available in June. Might consider staying again once renovated. Located near base and staff was pleasant.

The shower is dangerous. Water runs on to the floor. Which is a glazed tile, making it extremely dangerous. I was terrified that I would fall. I can't believe that anyone would use a glazed tile in a bath. Especially a handicap bath. Plus no place to put soap or shampoo.

I stayed here with my family due to attending my granddaughter’s college graduation. Our room was not ready so we were given another room, which was very considerate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with several choices, including cooked oatmeal and waffles. I will definitely stay here again.

I will never be staying here again. The wifi isn't strong enough to play a YouTube video and it definitely isn't strong enough to play any games on. There's also no hard wired internet option...Prevented me from being able to download documents and complete some of my work as I was here on business. When I checked into my hotel there were beard trimmings (NOT MINE) around my sink and on the bathroom counter. There was a toenail in my bedsheets, awesome, as well as some sort of hairbrush underneath the couch. I thought the breakfast was alright until I tried the cereal and found the milk to be spoiled. Not even a little spoiled. It was completely sour as if it had been sitting on the counter for DAYS... I will NEVER come back here or to another hotel associated with Hilton.
