A hotel suitable for a relaxing vacation, the four seasons will never disappoint. The balcony of the room faces the endless vineyards. The room is neat and clean. Personally I think this Four Seasons is the ceiling of the Napa area hotel. Newly opened soon, the facilities are very new, and the hardware services are very good. The toiletries are SANTAL33 by LE LABO. Toothpaste is Marvis. The bathroom implements the style of the four seasons and is relatively large. The bedding is just as comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet is not smart and the slippers are average. The guest room complex is somewhat similar to the American version of Banyan Tree. But higher end than Banyan Tree. Valet parking is $28 per night. Get a bottle of sparkling wine and a mini cake for your birthday. SPA is worth the experience. Tranquility, escape. Guests staying in a Vineyard View Room will receive a bottle of the 2013 vintage exclusively for Four Seasons.

Beautiful location! The grounds were pristine. Loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from different places on the property. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and had a comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the deep bathtub for a relaxing soak. The staff was both friendly and efficient. They promptly took care of our needs. Every detail was carefully executed.

The hotel is nice and clean, but it offers limited activities compared to other luxury hotels in the area—just a pool, fitness center, and wine tasting (which costs extra). Given this, the overall value for the price feels lacking. Additionally, I had a disappointing experience with the front desk during check-in, where the staff was unhelpful and created confusion about my reservation. Despite my efforts to enjoy the stay, this negatively impacted my experience. The breakfast was also quite average, and you can likely find better options elsewhere for the same cost.
