괜한걱정했었나봐요^^ 전 나트랑 시내보다 깜란 스완도르 리조트에서 보낸 시간이 훨씬 만족스러웠습니다. 러시아분들이 대부분이지만 한국인도 많더라구요. 나다라는 직원분이 한국말도 훌륭해서 어려움없이 잘 지냈습니다.

However, if you want a nice room or want fine quality even for one meal, it is better to go somewhere else. There are many other good options for the price of this resort. First of all, since this place has been open for a while, there are many parts of the room that are old and in poor condition. There are minor issues such as the shower head not being fixed, and the air conditioner not being able to control the temperature well. (In the case of the air conditioner, it seems to be a problem with the air conditioner's performance. It seems to respond only to very low or high temperature settings, and the middle temperature is not finely adjusted.) The bedding condition is a bit disappointing for a place that is said to be a 5-star hotel. Also, the amenities and towels are not up to the 5-star level. Finally, the bathroom interior is too old-fashioned... Every time I look at it when I enter the room, it reminds me of a motel from the early 2000s, so it seems even lower in class. However, it is not difficult to stay at a reasonable level. I think that many of the people who choose this place are probably coming to enjoy all-inclusive. There are many kinds of food, but the taste is average. (There are many that are not tasty...) However, because there are many kinds, it is good for families with children. Rice, soup, and a few side dishes are prepared in the Korean food corner, so even if the child does not eat well, it is good to prepare and feed them. Although it is not the best, food of a decent level is prepared from early to late, so it seems to be a good choice for those who want to enjoy it without being restricted by meal times. For drinks, you can enjoy cocktails or shots of some alcohol at the bar, and you can drink beer, juice, and soda. The alcohol is not great, but it is okay for light drinking. I was assigned a room in Building B, but there are almost no people staying in Building B. During the two nights, I only saw 2-3 other rooms with lights on, including the one I stayed in. It feels like a back room, so it feels creepy at night. However, it was nice that there was no one, so it was quiet, and I could use the elevator without waiting. However, the fact that there were too few people made me feel a bit strange at night. The service and friendliness of the staff are good. They try their best to solve requests or problems. In particular, among the staff working at the kids club from the afternoon to late at night, there was a man who seemed to be Russian. I was impressed by his enthusiasm for playing with the children and working hard without showing any signs of fatigue. Although we only had a few conversations, he had a good personality and was kind. And The female staff member named Phạm Đoàn Như ý was also really kind. If there was a problem while my child was playing inside, she would immediately notify me through Instagram DM, so I could rest or eat without any problems while my child was playing. This place must have been very good when it first opened. However, looking at it from today's perspective, the facilities are old (the common areas are better managed than I thought, so they are not bad, but the rooms need improvement) and the places that are not in operation are so ugly that it is difficult to leave a good impression. It seems that this area needs to be reorganized. Since this place is an all-inclusive, the price per night is not cheap, so it needs to increase the satisfaction of the people who pay that price. It seems that the old, broken, and unoperated areas need to be reorganized. If they sell rooms at a discounted price or something like that so that more people come, it will become a more vibrant place than it is now.
