The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

Super close to airport but we did not hear a single air plane. Nice service at the front desk with very good English. Excellent service in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Pizza was very nice! The only thing I criticize is that they gave us a room located next to the entrance to the construction site nearby, so there were trucks in the early morning and all day - the hotel was nearly empty, so why didn’t they give us a better located room??? Very annoying and unnecessary.

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

It was such a great choice for a family trip. Every staff was kind and very helpful, especially Mr. Viet. He gave us his Kakao ID when we checked in and we were able to get his immediate assistance through out our stay. My family was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery, spacious pool and great service. The rooms and other facilities are also being maintained very well. The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.
