Reception staff on arrival not very welcoming. Tired and needs updating especially the bedroom carpet.

My de stress massage with Tt was very relaxing and in a good environment. There was no waiting and Tt checked regularly with me to make sure that the pressure was to my liking. A wonderful experience . I felt very relaxed afterwards and we were able to use the relaxation room afterwards.

I was put here at last minute as Berrystede hotel had some flooding. It shouldn’t try and please everyone it’s a wedding venue. There’s been weddings for last 3 days and more to n next 2 days I’m here. So I can’t sit I. The lovely garden for coffee or drink and meal later. Excited kids running up and down the corridor at midnight not supervised. Rooms very tired and gloomy but well cleaned . Staff do their best but there isn’t enough of them. No room in car park Don’t stay here unless you’re invited to a wedding.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage and Facial with a therapist called Ti. The spa over all is a lovely place, the relaxing room after the spa is really nice after a treatment. I felt comfortable immediately and the massage relaxed me a lot: I’ll be back for sure, thanks Kayleigh
