Premier Inn Camberley

The Premier Inn Camberley exterior seems to be pretty nice, until you get inside. The decor is very run-down, and definitely needs to be redecorated / painted. I had several issues during my stay here, which only consisted of 4 nights. The first couple of nights were OK, however, I did encounter some bed bugs. When I woke up in the morning, my legs had bites on them (raised bumps) in a line pattern. After telling the managers what had happened, they advised me to go into a different room, which was completed quickly. Regardless of how fast this was, it should never have happened in the first place. Secondly, I was staying on the 3rd floor. Another guest had vomited outside the elevators and the odour was disgusting. An attempt to clean it up with tissue paper was made, presumably by a member of staff, but the smell stayed as no cleaning products were used. I did inform management of this, but nothing had been done. I would bet it is still there now, 4 days after my stay at the Premier Inn. The breakfast was sub-par, and should not have been £10.99 per meal. This is appalling. The Fire alarm went off at 5:50am on my final day here, which is no fault of the staff working here. However, it took an hour and a half for us to be let back into the hotel. All guests were standing outside in the cold as it was so early, nowhere else was open. In conclusion, I would not stay here again. I've stayed in Premier Inn's before, but this one was definitely the worst.

Fantastic stay in the centre of Camberley ! Staff extremely helpful & polite . Hotel was clean & fresh . Unfortunetly during our stay the fire alarm went off around 22:30 , although seemed to be a false alarm 😀& was rectified quickly with out us leaving the hotel . Breakfast was ok , plenty on offer although could have been hotter .

Waited over 2 hours for meal, my 8 year old daughter cried she was so hungry waiting. Her pizza was awful so sent it back. Breakfast was terrible everything cold.

I had the best experience yet in a Premier Inn as the staff went out of their way to make my stay as good as it possibly can be. They were polite, approachable and very professional and worked well as a team. A special thank you to Glenn, Precious and Maria the chef in the Camberley central hotel for going the extra mile.

Decent Premier Inn, and well located for Camberley town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly through our stay. The room was clean, but in places needed a refresh. Breakfast was nice, didn’t eat our evening meals here. Parking was easy at the Atrium just up the road.

Room is a family room nice clean tidy. The staff in the restaurant though are amazing... I feel like I am abroad. Glenn in particular is outstanding what a lovely man. Has a learning disability yet is so respectful and lovely and warming to speak to. He's been an absolute delight. As we were to him also. He makes for a great atmosphere! Lovely man who deserves a really big shout!

The hotel itself was really nice although a but awkward to access from the main road. The parking situation isn't great as we had to pay for parking while we were there. They could have perhaps given a voucher for this. The hotel its is really nice and clean. We stayed 2 nights and we had thought the room would be serviced but this didn't happen. Overall the stay was good.

We've stayed at a few Premier Inns lately on our travels. This one was a nice one - clean, centrally located and friendly staff. But there is only one thing missing - an onsite car park. The nearest one is at The Atrium shopping centre so you will have a bit of a walk between there and the hotel. The hotel does have a bar but be aware that on some nights, the staff who are serving behind the bar also have to cover the reception. Obviously this means that they are darting between the two. Yup, a decent Premier Inn. Oh and this one is directly across from the Sandhurst Academy so if you are attending an event there, this is the place to stay.
