Pleasantly surprised on the spaciousness of the room. Lots of room available for us to do our repacking before the flight out from Hobart. Emily, was also super helpful and patient in explaining all our queries. Airport is literally 3 mins drive (15 mins walk) from the hotel.

The room near the airport is larger than expected and very clean. There is a seafood restaurant nearby. The Zhouda fish soup is delicious. Tell the front desk that your flight will be at 6:00 tomorrow morning, and they will book an Uber for you and ask you to come down at any time. Yes, the service is excellent!

Perfectly placed for flights in and out of Hobart airport. Clean, breakfast option, very relaxed checkout time but having to pay a supplement to park the car was disappointing

The shuttle service is no longer available, you can only call Uber
The door lock could not be opened, and the front desk lady could not open it either. The door was forced open, and there was no follow-up remedy. This is not right for a star hotel.
