We booked via Airbnb however, it seems that the accommodation is managed by the hotel next door, not a private host which was a little confusing. Service was slow at the reception desk. For self-contained accommodation certain basics were absent, washing up liquid, sponges, general cleaning products etc. We also faced a serious issue on our last night staying at the accommodation where the shower in the master bedroom completely flooded the bathroom floor and water leaked through the light fitting in the ceiling below. We were told a maintenance man would come but never did. I raised these concerns via a private message on Airbnb and considering our stay was in April, I have never received a response. I also left a public review for the property and never received one in return as a guest. Considering the cost of our stay, we expected much more and we have all be left disappointed. For this reason we would not stay again or recommend the property to our friends and family.
