Zeer mooie hotel. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooie kamers met alle voorzieningen, (zeer goede bedden). Restaurant is top met goede bediening, veel variatie en heel lekker. Een adres om terug te komen. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheid om onze fietsen te stallen. Met camera bewaking. Groot en proper zwembad.

The staff were lovely. Polite &cheerful &helpfull. Location 2 minutes from sandy beach .bus stop also close and regular bus to cambrils which takes around 5 mins . The rooms were clean &comfortable and towels changes daily Good variety of tasty well prepared food at all meal times. Beautiful large pool and surrounding area Would recommend this hotel &would return.

Bon emplacement, à quelques minutes du port de Cambrils et pas très éloigné non plus de Salou et Port Aventura. L'établissement dispose de son propre parking privatif qu'il est préférable de réserver en haute saison car les places dans les rues avoisinantes sont plutôt rares. Le parking dispose de 4 bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique. L'accès au parking se fait par une carte qui est fournie par l'hôtel. Le lecteur fonctionne très mal tant à l'entrée qu'à la sortie et il faut régulièrement appeler la réception pour qu'ils ouvrent la barrière. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et souriant, il n'en va malheureusement pas de même pour le personnel du restaurant ou celui d'étage où les "bonjour" sont rares et les mines plutôt renfrognées. Notre chambre était propre et bien entretenue, rien de particulier à signaler à ce propos, sauf peut-être l'accès par carte magnétique, toujours aussi sensible à la moindre interférence. À l'heure où chacun transporte son téléphone dans ses poches ce genre de petits problèmes deviennent fréquents. Nous n'avons pris que chambre et petit déjeuner. Au sujet de ces derniers je suis surpris des commentaires parfois exagérés de certains intervenants ! Ce buffet n'a rien d'exceptionnel, surtout pour un établissement qui revendique fièrement les 4 étoiles attachées à son pedigree ! Je sais que les prix de l'alimentaire ont fortement augmenté ces dernières années en Espagne mais de là à s'exclamer de la sorte... Je renvoie volontiers certains rédacteurs aux hôtels de la même chaîne, aux îles Canaries.... Bien que les réalités économiques de l'archipel soient différentes on y trouve des buffets vraiment variés et même régulièrement du cava et des jus de fruits pressés le jour même...

Hotel recomendable, buena ubicacion, comida y sobre todo animacion. Buffet variado, opción de alquilar bicicletas y parking. Tambien tiene pistas de tenis. Animacion muy buena tanto para niños y adultos, actividades varias y shows a las noches tambien.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel like the hotel deserves this review. Firstly this is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years. From check in to check out our visit was excellent. We had enquired about an early check as our flight was early. Luckily for us the hotel was able to accommodate this, when we arrive we was swiftly checked in given all the information regarding the hotel. We waiting about 40 minutes for the room key but no problems we just waited at the bar. Once in the room, we found the room to be clean light and spacious. We was half board and the food was lovely always found something to eat. A lot of fish options if you like fish, we don’t but always found something to eat. Plenty of choice and plenty of dessert choices. Breakfast was similar plenty of choice and always found something to eat. Entertainment staff worked very hard we didn’t participate but plenty to get involved in. Evening entertainment was brilliant. The game show by far the best of our trip. Waiters was brilliant and very attentive. Highly recommend and we will be returning next year with the family. Thank you for an enjoyable holiday.

We stayed here for 10 days and our trip was nothing but amazing! 10/10 for hotel rooms, staff, food, pool and an outstanding shout out to the entertainment team who are one of the very best. We have stayed in 4 H10 hotels and they are always amazing holidays.

We all loved this hotel. Warm friendly staff great food lovely clean surroundings. Ideal spot for our family holiday and very reasonably priced. Large pool with lots of sunbeds. Tennis courts beside hotel with racquets available at reception - all free of charge. Small supermarket and pharmacy just outside hotel. Buses to Salou Cambrils Tarragona Port Aventura and Barcelona stop outside the hotel. Only five minutes walk to a beautiful beach. A great hotel in a great location with everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday.

Experiencia genial para toda la familia. Lo mejor la comida y las actividades! Venimos en pensión completa y es genial. El trato de todo el personal!! Un 10!!! Buena relación calidad precio y muy buena ubicación. Los niños son felices y lo pasan en grande con el equipo de animación
