É necessário distinguir o monumento ,a arquitetura e a localização da unidade hoteleira. O Palácio e a sua localização são excelentes. A unidade hoteleira é mediana e não está ao nível de qualquer outra unidade hoteleira de 5 estrelas na cidade do Porto. As instalações carecem de limpeza e manutenção e o serviço de pequeno almoço tem graves deficiências. Existem práticas de faturação abusivas e das quais o cliente não tem prévia informação

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met promptly. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Um atendimento de excelência , ao melhor nível ! Desde a recepção do Sebastião ao posteriormente acompanhamento com a Rita e a Daniela Santiago. Com este tipo de tratamento a parte gastronómica ganha outra projeção … A saudação do Chef já anunciava o que aí vinha, com entradas refrescantes e de sabores bem conjugados. As carnes bem tratadas e um polvo tenro e saboroso. Tudo culminou em sobremesas deliciosas com um claro destaque… a Cogumelos Boletos! Das melhores sobremesas que já provei! Um agradecimento ao Chef por esta delícia que me surpreendeu por completo! Até breve pois voltarei de certeza!

O local é lindo, rico em detalhes e com uma vista linda a beira do rio Doiro. A piscina interna é aquecida, ja a externa é fria. O restaurante é delicioso, e o atendimento muito bom. Não gsnhou 5 estrelas porque o nosso ar condicionado não estava a fubcionar corretamente.

The check in was a bit confusing.
There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !!
Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime.
Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work.
There seemed to be an absence of staff.
Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe.
