The photos I saw invited me to choose this hotel because they inspired confidence, but it had been a long, long time since I stayed in a place that had so many stars to spare. I go in parts. 1) ROOM: Uneven floor, which looks like a slab and creaks like rotten wood; stinky bathroom, cracks in the tiles, mold and rust in the joints, minimal amount of just hand soap; Chipped doors, tiny closet with a terrible musty smell; a bolt from the bedroom door of anyone's house as a key to the front door; not even a measly little table; a single socket in the entire room; TV without all the channels open and with the middle control broken; air conditioning dangerously positioned on top of the closet that they could not finish because, otherwise, the air blades would not pass; windows not waterproof at all; uncomfortable bed, with a 12 cm foam mattress (like those on sofa beds), and also bulging - I have a delicate back and I sent them a message to which they never answered, asking for a bed with a soft mattress, and I got up completely contracted; fair cleaning. Needless to say, with those doors, anyone leaving their room wakes you up with a heart attack. 2) DINING ROOM: inedible food with very little variety, which has given me a stomach ache. As an example, I had to leave out a salad of lettuce and tomato with capers, which had a lot of salt and vinegar. 3) ELEVATOR: NON-EXISTENT. 4) Parking: it is not difficult to park, but there is less space in the afternoon. 5) CUSTOMER SERVICE: a little cold, but polite enough... when you catch the receptionist on duty. At least they helped me carry my suitcase. ...And I don't know if I left anything out.
